Great friendly staff. Front desk receptionists are very friendly and helpful. The cleaning and maintenance staff are attentive and thorough with tenant requests. The doormen are friendly and pleasant. Location is ideal as it is walking distance to the LIRR and Port Authority. They have an outdoor rooftop that is wifi accessible. We moved into our space in the winter so we’ll take advantage of it in a few months.

This building is really great. The shared conference rooms are nice and professional. The front desk receptionists, the building manager, and all the staff are always happy to help with any issues or concerns. We’ve just moved in and haven’t had any issues yet, and don’t foresee any.

Awesome office space with very professional staff. The entire building looks brand new and the meeting room are extremely corporate oriented with long tables, flat screens, conference call speakers… Very high tech. The common area are not bad as well but we could use a little more restrooms. We have been here for a month and we love it. Can’t wait for the summer to use the rooftop :)

Jay Suites in particular, is awesome. We needed to find a space for 6 people within a month, they were a BLESSING made our moving process from A to Z a BREEZE! Also, I have to say they are very savvy and knowledgeable about all tenants needs and wants. The place is very modern extremely clean attentive staff «Gina» is great, very professional management Marlon replies to my emails/​calls promptly. Neighbors are professional and friendly. We had a previous landlord MicroOffice which was a nightmare to rent space from! We recommend this place to anyone that is looking to upgrade!!!

Front desk staff and maintenance staff of Jay Suites are awesome! They’re always so helpful with a smile on their face. Clean, modern facilities with an amazing view of the Empire State Building from the terrace make the place even better. I appreciate that the place is always stocked up with essential amenities, such as hot water and cups, and now, Starbucks coffee (for pay).
