How a good Orthodontist can impact your teeth but also your lips and face (see example at end). I spent a lot of time and effort researching and identifying Dr. Salzer as the best orthodontist that I could find in NYC. When I met her (and team) I knew I wanted to work with her. I live outside of the country and even with this issue, skype visits, fedex aligners and retainers, scheduling, and all the travel we made it work. My teeth are fantastic and I am 100% happy with the results. She knows her stuff. Why should you find an expert? Example: A number of dentists and orthodontists over the years tried to pull some of my teeth and push them all back together whereas Dr. S knew to keep all my teeth and make the room. This impacted my teeth but also my lips and face making my lips fuller and teeth chin and jaw less withdrawn. This is the reason you have to seek out a real expert like Dr. Salzer.

This is THE place to go for orthodontics. I often wish, when we visit this practice, that they offered everything medical-​related. They are the perfect example of how any medical office should be run. We checked out 5 orthodontists for our daughter — in Greenwich and NYC — before choosing this practice. Dr. Marc Lemchen and Dr. Jennifer Salzer are both tops in their field. Kind, brilliant and skilled. They treat children, young adults and older ones and their parents with consideration and kindness. The entire office — from the front desk, to the technicians are wonderful. Beautiful teeth change your life. We are grateful we found this practice.

Dr. Salzer is not only a talented orthodontist she is also an amazing person. She is very friendly and approachable. As a mother of four she has a way of making the children she treats feel comfortable. Dr. Salzer is not like other doctors who use fancy medical terminology that I couldn’t understand. She will make sure you understand every step of treatment and does it with a smile. I’ve seen even the most nervous patients leave confidentiality because her happiness is contagious. Not only will you be happy with your results, I guarantee you will also just enjoy being around her.
