I’m the infamous Jules cited in Leslie’s inaugural post below. I’ve been a Julie Tussey loyalist for over a year and can’t praise her abilities highly enough. She is a master at what she does. The trick of Julie’s wizardry is the dye, which captures every hair and fills in any sparse areas. As someone with light hair, a darker full brow makes such a difference.
Seeing Julie is an investment in yourself. I can go two months with a perfect brow. These cheapie brow places in the city slaughter your brows and require frequent upkeep. Not so with Julie– she embraces a full brow, tailored to your face. She’s truly the best!
