These guys were recommended on the fly by my neighbor when Über drivers weren’t accepting my ride from Harlem to Flatbush last night.(I don’t blame em, it’s a long ride.) Within two minutes someone was there who drove very well and volunteered to help me with my many bags when I got there. I was quoted one reasonable flat rate on the phone and that didn’t change.

Clean cars & good service. The drivers are usually nice & have gps. Only 3 stars because they sometime take long to pick you up & sometimes the driver try to charge 5 dollars extra, I guess to include the tip. A always verify the amount with the dispatch & driver.

I asked for a car as I was moving– the older man doesn’t speak much english– all he knows is «i don’t know». I was going 12 blocks and the driver charged me 40 $- as the older man put it– up to the driver what he wants to charge. This place was once ok– i was charged 50 $ for a very early morning drive to JFK. But 40 is ridiculous for 12 blocks. DONTUSETHEMEVER! What a rip off!

these people are dishonest and rude. They misquoted me for a pick up from the airport and upon arrival would not release my suitcases or let me go, unless i paid them a different fee. They also sent a driver who did not speak english and was harrassing me via cell phone about 10 times, while I was getting off

Got ripped off while on work travel. Charge $ 25 while taxi before charged $ 11. Wouldn’t even take the time to write me a receipt. Instead he just threw me a business card so i can write it myself. Was so freakin ticked!

Kennedy has been at this location for about 12 or 13 years. They’re always helpful– it it’s cold out and you’re at the base location, you can wait inside. Their dispatchers always know english, their response time is usually pretty quick, and it’s rare that I get a grumpy driver. The cars are usually in great shape as well.
