In theory this place is 5 stars. It looks great, the staff is great and the classes are interesting but in actuality, as a regular member who wants to go and use the play space– it’s impossible. We bought a huge pack of passes to the play space and we just can’t use them. Every weekend there is 1 hour when you can go-​if you are lucky-​and in the week, because the classes also use the gym there are very few hours when it’s open that don’t coincide with common nap times. In short, it’s a little over priced and over booked. There are too many memberships sold for the size of the place and it just can’t live up to the promise or potential which is a shame. My annual membership ends this month and I wish I could renew it– I just can’t spend $ 700 (ish) for a toddler class and play space we can’t ever use. It’s absurd.

Had my 3 year old daughters birthday party there yesterday and was beyond pleased with the professionalism and the level of service we experienced by the staff. The children at the party enjoyed the party, as did the adults! Great time for all and janelle and Laura went above and beyond to ensure that everybody had a blast.

Great place for enriching your child. My twins have only taken the ‘Rockin’ Railroad’ music class so I may have a limited view, but so far so good. They have a full band, really energetic and talented teachers, colorful and visually appealing props, front desk is kind and responsive and probably the best bubbles in Brooklyn. (Trust me I’ve seen a lot of bubbles at these type of establishments). I travel by car from Brooklyn Heights to get here because other similar classes pale in comparison.
