Great service place! They have great deals during the week for mani pedis. Gina is who I request always, she is so detail oriented and accommodating. Michelle is terrific too!
They do a great job with bikini waxing as well. I would recommend this salon to everyone!

When I first started coming here many years ago it was great and convenient… but as time went on, they just continued to disappoint me… and now they have finally lost me as a client.
In the beginning when I first started coming here, they used to really take their time with you, and your manicure lasted longer than a week. they also had great massages that were stress relieving. Well all of this went out the window as time went on… My last few manicures and pedicures last no more than two days… I’m not sure if it’s the top coat they use but if I’m paying almost $ 40 for a mani/​pedi, I’d hope it at least lasts a week… Also, they’re sloppy and rush you out — most recently this past week, it was 7 and they close at 830, yet she rushed to do my manicure so quickly that I had many uncut cuticles and unevenly filed nails… My polish was chipped by the next day… and my massage was just a light touch at the top of my neck that lasted the entire 10 mins pretty much in the same place…
Nonetheless, I said ok maybe they just had a few bad days or what not… So that was on Thursday. Today I go back to see if I can get a polish change. I didn’t expect them to give me anything for free as I always pay and give a good tip to my tech… Also, I figured there is a charge to change polish as most salons do… Nonetheless, I ask to paint my nails and automatically the lady and man say to me «you can paint it yourself… Just take the polish and paint it there.» So I kindly told them I’d like them to paint my nails and I don’t mind waiting if I have to (although there was no one else waiting) so they automatically say no they cannot just paint my nails to try back again tomorrow. It is 7 and they close at 830 and no one else was waiting… I doubt it takes more than 10 mins to change polish. Why could you not help me?! It makes no sense as to why I have no polish on my nails in the first place when I just got a manicure on Thursday. Clearly you were just trying to make me leave. When the lady sees I’m upset she starts to think twice about telling me to leave and even offers to have me wait to get it done, but by that time it was too late… I was not going to deal with it… They are rude and I just can’t do it anymore.

I really wanted to love this place… Everyone here is super sweet and nice. Great selection of regular polish. Not such a big selection of gel colors but good enough. It’s close to my house so I kept going back hoping for different results with my gel but every color I got cracked and looked old within a few days. Maybe the gel polish is old or not the best quality. It’s never happened to me before at my place I used to go to and I’ve been doing gel for like 2 years now. They did a good job with the pedi and mani though. It’s just the actual polish that will keep me from returning :/​maybe they need a better quality gel polish like OPI or Essie polish.

I love this salon. I’ve been coming here for 3 years. Evan does my acrylics. He knows exactly how I like them. Price is great. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Evan and Gina give best massages. Michelle also does acrylics. I recommend love nail and bring my friends there all the time.

This place is THE MOST disgusting nail salon I have ever been to.
I asked for a gel manicure for my nails. I already had gel manicure on me, so I had to get them removed first. Guess what the procedure was: the male nail specialist took out a box of USED FOILS and started to flatten them up for re-​use, intending to wrap up my fingers with acetone-​soaked cotton pads. I’ve been to dozens of nail salons in my life but never seen a place where they RE-​USE aluminum foils. This box was full of used foils, still maintaining the «finger-​wrapped» shape. I bet mine went back into their box as well. Seriously questionable hygiene.
There’s a long wait despite not many customers. There are many non-​customers & children just sitting there eating and chatting. I am NEVER going back to this place again.

Recently started to get my acrylics done here. It’s down the block from my house. So far, they look great and the prices are reasonable. The only man does my nails (not sure of his name).

Hours listed are incorrect, their hours are: Mon-​Fri 10am-8:30pm, Sat 9:30am-8:30pm, Sun 10am-​7pm. I have been coming here for years and I LOVE this place. Quick, clean and efficient. They also give the BEST chair massages and foot massages. Reasonably priced so I usually splurge to add on a ten minute foot massage and ten minute back massage with my mani/​pedi. Call and make an appointment if you want to come during peak times, you might still have to wait but just a little. Worth the wait!

From a male’s perspective, eyebrows are always masculine and well waxed. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Plus Unilocal shows as closed, but they are open all the time. Very convenient and friendly in a sea of local competition. Give them a chance, you’ll be happy you did.

They said it was going to be a 10 min wait. It was like a 25 min wait. This is a pet peeve of mine. Just tell me how long it will really be!
My friend got her nails done, then was seated for a pedicure as the guy who did her nails started to do mine. After my nails were done I was seated and done with a pedicure before she was since they made her sit there and wait awhile.
Not the friendliest in the world.
Parking on Bell Blvd is an annoyance.
Pro tip: You pay more if you don’t pay cash.

I LOVE Love Nail Spa! I just moved to the area, and wasn’t sure which nail salon to try. The reviews for Oscar were pretty bad, so I decided to try Love Nail Salon. They are located between 38^th and 39^th Avenue, Bell Blvd., in Bayside, NY. The place was clean, the staff was hard working and friendly, and I got the best pedicure I think I’ve ever received. I got a gel manicure, pedicure, and eyebrow waxing. Total cost was $ 36.00 (not including tip).
Even (male) and Angel (female) were terrific. Both did an excellent job, and I will be returning. I am real fussy about nail salons, and I think this one is very good.
If you are going to park on Bell Blvd., just be careful because the meter maids are out there, gleefully ticketing cars.

This place is decent. I go here because it’s close to my home and job, parking is fairly easy, and they are nice to my mother who has a handicap, so she feels very comfortable going there.
But if you get a gel mani, all they will do is cut and file your nails and then slap the gel on. No attention is paid to your cuticles, no nice hand massage. I don’t really get it. Because it’s gel I get less of a manicure? Kind of stupid.

I had been a loyal customer for 2 years and then the ownership changed. The new owners didn’t redecorate, change the signs, specials, or frequent user cards. When I went to redeem the filled card, they wouldn’t accept the card full value. I argued if not for the previous owners they wouldn’t have my business. They have lost my business as well as many others.
