Archana designed and made our wedding cake recently. We had a chinese-indian wedding at Snug Harbor so we wanted something asian. She made an amazing cake that had a red dragon spiralling up a three tiered cake. It looked like a work of art and it was a shame to eat it… but it was the tastiest cake I’ve perhaps ever had. She made us a Black Forest cake with cherries and buttercream and I have to say not a minute has gone by when I’m not tempted to defrost my top tier (which i’m supposed to be saving for our wedding anniversary) and eat it. We would recommend Archana to anyone who wants the most beautiful and tasty of cakes!!!

Archana is really down to earth and cool — not to mention that her cakes are truly beautiful. She really thinks outside of the box with both simple and more elaborate designs. She’s willing to work with you on prices. (Her website states that slices average in the range of $ 8-$ 15.) She’s great at thinking on the spot and really friendly. Her cakes have been in many magazines, and one has recently been on Gossip Girl!
