The staffs are rude and unprofessional, especially Peggy. I called in and asked if my prescriptions were ready and yet she gave me a nasty attitude through the phone and expected me to know if it was ready or not. If I knew my prescriptions were sent over then I would not have to call for an answer. It was a pretty simple questions and yet the staff had to give me a hard time as if I should have known better myself. If this is the kind of service you provide to your customers then you seriously need reconsider a routine staff training to recruit and retain customers. This is unacceptable, and very disappointing for me because I will have to switch to another pharmacy.

Came here to pick up a prescription and was pleasantly surprised by the expansive selection of Japanese beauty products they had in the retail section of the pharmacy! Dolly Wink, Handamony, Sana, Biore, Juju Aquamoist to name a few. Walking in, I was immediately greeted with warm welcomes. Staff is really friendly and ready to answer questions I had. Definitely recommend this place!

Extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff that are extremely friendly. People there know their regular customers on a first name basis. Asides from having a conventional pharmacy, there is a wide variety of products that are difficult to locate elsewhere including Japanese beauty products, traditional Chinese delicacies, and natural herbal remedies. Highly recommend dropping by this local pharmacy when passing through Canal and Bowery!
