I entered the establishment expecting bad service and an unclean area due to the fact that someone had vomited outside the door and nobody bothered to clean this up. An employee was out front smoking and blowing smoke in customers faces as they walked outside. Furthermore they refused to serve me breakfast because «we don’t be servin that stuff right now.» If I remember correctly Mcdonalds just started doing the all day breakfast thing. Will not return to this establisment.

So I was headed to a morning volunteer assignment in the area so I wanted to grab a quick breakfast before I had to be there by 10. I got here around 9:30 so I’m thinking I had plenty of time to grab some food. I ordered the hotcakes and a large coffee. I didn’t realize they no longer had the coffee for $ 1. No problem I still needed the coffee. The food took about 10 minutes to be ready. They did seem to be busy though,

Great food and service as well. The counter help was fast and swift on taking or order, and the behind the scenes people made it all come together in a few minutes.

My review is about the new sirloin burger, not the McD’s location.
I heard that McD’s rolled out a new 1⁄3 lb burger. The previous angus mushroom swiss was my favorite and I was disappointed when McD’s discontinued it. I was therefore excited to hear about the new mushroom cheddar «Steakhouse» burger. I tried it…, and unfortunately its not as good. It looks the same as the old angus burger but it has onions, cheddar and steak sauce (instead of mayo). Personally, I don’t like steak sauce on a burger — It tastes too salty and overpowers the burger. The «sirloin» meat tastes the same as the «angus» — I can’t tell a difference. I hope McD’s brings back the mushroom swiss with or without the angus.

Some people say that fast food places are sorry excuses for restaurants. Well, McDonalds is a sorry excuse for a Fast Food place. You get even less than the extra fat, high cholesterol and body odor that you pay for. Everything is produced on a conveyor belt. If you want to blow up, come here.

This McDonald’s has been completely remodeled, and looks very nice. The lines move fairly fast, they even have wireless cellphone charging stations built into some of the seating areas upstairs. The only catch is the music in the place, not everybody likes to hear Sir Mix A Lot sing how much he likes big buts while they wait for their double quarter-​pounder on their 30 min lunch break. I would suggest something a little more neutral.

No outlets upstairs, the bathroom downstairs was restricted to handicapped individuals, the upstairs was packed and they refused to open up the remaining 75% of the seating available. What’s the point of restricting seating and forcing people to stand when you have 10 more tables available? Guys restroom had one urinal so there was a line. Overall they have a poor setup that reflects they want people to buy food and leave.

Downtown, Louisville, KY
Its your typical McDonalds except it has the worst service. Everybody had their gloomy faces on and on their «I dont care!» moods. Asked for 2 cups of water from 2 dark colored servers (I assume senior staffers) and they just looked at me and walked away without preparing my water. Waited and waited and waited… Then after a while, figured my request fell on deaf ears, decided to call the manager and requested from him. Good thing he gave me the drinks.

I’d go here over the other nearby McD’s as it is spacious; there are two floors. Good place to stop in after all the walking around FiDi, WTC, Wall Street, etc.
They have a large TV display of orders as they’re fulfilled, which is a first for me.
Note we missed the DJ that plays here, mentioned in other reviews.

This McDonalds is pretty special, they have a DJ! The interior looks fresh to death and service is pretty fast. Its weird to review a McDonalds since everyone should know what to expect and I recently read somewhere that the Golden Arches logo is the most recognizable logo in the world… But here it is, another review for McDonalds! The DJ was pumpin.

This McDonalds is super clean with 2 floors of comfortable seating! The staff is super courteous! The manager was helping open doors and bringing food over to the older customers. A huge TV showed the status of your order, which was fulfilled in a speedy McDonald-​like manner.
The big macs were greasy, the fries were salty, and the coffee was predictably 10 degrees above its usual temperature. It wasn’t noisy nor was it crowded, probably due to the other surrounding food traps.
The only eyebrow-​raiser is the one person seat right beneath the staircase. I mean… who would want that view.

This place gets 4 stars based on its comparison with OTHER McDonald’s. It’s standard fare, but the place is like a dressed up, fancy version! With live music! Pretty funny and random. It’s also open 24⁄7. Last time I walked by it looked like it was closed for renovations. I hope they make it even grander! hahaha.

I frequent this restaurant a lot the one near the seaport is a lot cleaner and updated… this place needs a renovation. The food tastes like any other McDonald’s. They are just to slow at night. Oh and did I say it need to be CLEANED UP.

This is the McDonalds that was on some TV show downtown. A bit pimped out and usually has quite a few bums in front. Service is adequate and my hash brown was perfectly cooked. Bathroom is gross.
