Probably one of the dirtiest McDonald’s. These people don’t clean for anything. Where are the lobby attendants? Place is super busy but that’s not an excuse

Do you like fast food and slow service? Do you like to sit next to unwashed homeless people? Do you like to be greeted by a young woman ignoring you but busy texting on her phone? Then you’ll love this place. For the real ny experience, with the real smells that go with it.

I come here a couple times a week on my lunch break and it’s always the same story: 5 – 10 customers waiting to order while all five employees behind the registers are bagging orders or cleaning(or just standing around) and no one is ringing. Eventually the customers in front of me either leave out of frustration or basically have to harass one of the employees to jump on and start taking orders. Customer service is non-existent and thank your lucky stars if they get your order right(If you ask for no onions, you are almost guaranteed to get onions on your burger, even if you’ve repeated your order to the cashier twice). It’s usually another 10 minutes after you order before you get your meal, and the whole process usually takes about 20 to get in and out, so don’t stop by if you’re in a rush. The food is on par with every other McDonald’s in the city so no complaints there. Management just needs to do a better job of making sure their employees are doing what they should be doing.

Happy Meals– Where have all the toys gone??? Why NO Toys??? I am convinced someone at this restaurant may be stealing the toys and either selling them on Ebay or doing the Unboxing Fast Food toy videos on Youtube. I stand on a pretty long line once a week to buy a Happy Meal for my son. Half the time they«ran out of toys» or they only have«girl toys» or not the toy as advertised in the commercial– Sometimes the only toy they will have is an unpopular toy from months back. How many times can I get a Hello Kitty key chain? They should advertise on the store window that they are all out Happy Meal toys BEFORE I stand on a long line and BEFORE I place my order and pay.

24 – 7, this place is busy, and it feels. disorganized. Hasn’t been re-done like some of the other McDonald’s with the darker paneling and nicer seating, at least, doesn’t feel like it… Service was quick and simple, though, just as we like it. Fries tasted a bit off, but McNuggets(50 pc for $ 9.99 is a crazy lot, by the way) and the chocolate milk were the same standard as always.

It is too busy. My order got lost and I had to wait over 40 minutes to get my combo No5. After I tried to find out where was my order they made new one for extra 15 minutes. It is sucks

This is probably one of the busiest McDonald’s I have ever been to. Located in the Diamond district of NYC, this place is a zoo around lunch time. The service is good overall. I ordered the Filet o’fish and when I got back to my desk, the box said«Filet O’Fish» but the sandwich looked like and tasted like Southern style chicken, the sandwich I had yesterday… a moment of Deja Vu perhaps? I am guessing the person who ordered the Chicken sandwich will be a bit disturbed when they find out that their chicken sandwich tastes a bit fishy. That really is a first for me! Never in all my life. Hmmmm. Anyway it tasted good and was more expensive than the Filet O’Fish sandwich, so I guess I cannot complain.
