A small local non-​chain pharmacy with compassionate staff that is fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English serving the Chinatown Manhattan community. With abject pain from recent MAJOR surgery I required silicone scar sheets to minimize and flatten my surgical scar as an alternative to injections. Metropharm carries the product and brand name as recommended by my gynecologist. The staff is not knowledgeable to understand the difference between gel vs. silicone scar sheets or sizes, albeit, they know the brand name and shown me the variables available in stock. Pricey but expected for brand name post-​surgery treatment.

The old staff is amazing, prices are very good, but they lose two stars from me now because their new pharmacist is an idiot. She made me come back 5 — yes, FIVE — different times yesterday for various ridiculous waste of time reasons, causing me to almost miss a very important medical procedure and making me very stressed out before it, which is not how you want to go into something like that. Metropharm get a new pharmacist!

This pharmacy has alot of products including my fav Japanese shampoos including shiseido tsubaki. Pharmacist was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I will definitely be back.

This pharmacy is pretty well stocked. They have all their line of products. The people are quite nice there. They’ll often bring you into conversation. The pharmaceutical area is quite professional, while in the front of the store, there is, very temptingly placed, a candy store. Good Candy, Low Price.
