Wow… thats all I have to say about this place.
The employees were walking around cursing and acting unbelievably ratchet, it was appalling. I asked for a size in a shoe and was waiting forever to get it. When the kid did come up with the box it wasn’t even the size I had asked for and he was trying to tell me to try it on anyway. What?! I didn’t ask for this! No one wanted to help me. When I did ask for different sizes the 3 different people who were roaming around looked annoyed. Literally 3 employees and I couldn’t even get descent customer service. I truly believe after awhile they started to lie and tell me they didn’t have my size so that they wouldn’t have to go downstairs. They all looked like they did NOT want to be there. So then why as the consumer should I want to be here?! I wouldn’t have purchased anything but I fell in love with a pair of sneakers that I did not want to search near and far for if I would have walked out. The only plus here was that the sneakers were marked as $ 100 and after she rang them up they came up $ 80, fine by me. The cashier was semi professional but overall just a horrible experience. I have no idea who is in charge of this place but they need to really get things in check over there!!!

Part of my mothers day gift were some new Nike’s. I had sent some hard core hints via text email instagram etc. and hubby stopped in here and picked up a pair. Unfortunately he had my size wrong.
I suggested he get his money back and I would shop for them myself. Apparently, thats not possible here. That’s right, no refunds. Store credit only and only for 90 days. And only with original receipt and store credit receipt. Yup, scammy bs. I went in today to find something I might like and was seriously hardpressed. Selection sucked. They offered me a used sock for one foot because I didnt have socks on n then told me just try them on barefoot. Ew. I picked whatever seemed the most current n best bang for my buck. I will never be returning.
