Alright, so I have been a regular here for a while although I wish I had a better option close to my office. This place kind of gets the job done but with alot of inconsistency in the service and experience despite my long term patronage. One of the things you don’t want is to get the first massage room next to the entrance. Aside from being noisy from everyone coming and going, if no one is staffing the front desk, your massage person will effective serve as receptionist while giving you, or more likely sporadically, giving you a massage. I’m not kidding when I say that I had a 30 minute massage interrupted 10 times to greet and schedule every person who came in the front door. Needless to say, this was not relaxing or worth it at all. Another thing they regularly do which is very poor etiquette is to switch the masseusse mid massage without asking. One time, they seamlessly switched from a women to a man without telling me. I was actually shocked when the man talked to me and I thought it had been a woman massaging me. They will also switch your masseusse even if you ask up front if they will be giving you the full massage. The last thing they did which I think was unprofessional was to not honor an appointment I had made. When I showed up at my appointment time, my masseusse was there to greet me but said she had to leave. So this was a bust and a waste of time. My feeling was they just wanted to get me in the door even if it meant lying to me. The reason I do go is because it is close to my office and certain people do give good massages so I just have to deal with these other quality problems.

Ugh they pretend not to understand you until your time is up and then charge you for more time! Both my friend and I kept telling them to work on our legs and arms. The women just did our backs the entire time. I’ve been coming here for years but this was the first time I had this frustrating experience.

This place is fantastic – especially«Paul» Ive been going for years and have had 2 back surgeries(and have contast back pain). Paul is a master and I always feel better after his massages which last a long time. The place is so cheap I feel guilty not leaving a huge tip. Its not fancy but totally clean. I cant say enough good things about the place. My boyfriend uses the women(and says they are good) but I always ask for Paul who is a genious at what he does. I go for the strong massages fyi but you can always ask for lighter.

Can’t believe I’m the first to review this place! I’ve been coming here for at least a couple of years and would recommend. This is definitely not a fancy place, and my 4 star rating is based on that. Pros: –no appt needed– you just walk in and they immediately take you back. I’ve only had to wait once(I think it was a Friday night). Everyone there is so nice. All women doing the massages, but there is also a man there who sometimes cashes me out. –usually get a good massage(massage away knots/sore muscles). Coco & Lily are both very good. Every now & then someone pops up who isn’t as good, but then i don’t see them again. –price– $ 50/$ 55 for 1hr, $ 78/$ 83 for 90 mins(lower price is before 3pm). They also give you a stamp card– buy 10, get one free. I’ve cashed in a few of these over the years with no problem Cons: –rooms are separated by walls on 3 sides with a curtain door on each, so you can hear every bit of noise from the other rooms. The people who work there aren’t the problem– it’s the other patrons that sometimes think it’s ok to talk in a normal voice. –if you have a real back issue, I’d stay away– not sure about medical qualifications. They definitely hop up on the table with me & push down with their elbows.
