This store and Tanya the owner/​manager, are such a delight, they make you want to spend time in there and share a glass of champagne to celebrate your new purchases. Great selection of first-​class luggage and bags from all over the world –many of which are very reasonable priced. We found great deals and great advice. A+ service. They even shipped our new luggage to DC because we couldn´t take it on the train. And they delivered another set of bags to our hotel. I am definitely recommending the store to all my friends and family in Chile (we visit NYC a lot). Mitsosa luggage is from now on, MY LUGGAGE STORE! Thank you Tanya. We love our new bags!

Nice and good quality luggages. Prices are negotiable for 10 – 20 $ difference only. I don’t think I’m going to buy my luggages at this store. Better I’ll go bed bath and beyond. Bbb is the best place to buy anything. Also they have 20% off from the price. Except this store.

The purchase is not returnable. And their price is way much higher than the Samsonite next door. Be sure to compare before you buy. The sales doesn’t mention about return policy at all.

This is not only a great place to get shoes or leather goods repaired or worked on, but also THE place to go if you want anything made by Tumi or Rimowa! The staff is very friendly and personable. now I’m hugh fan of mitsosa shops.
