I’m always squeamish about a business that has to operate under an LLC=Limited License Corporation! But come on we’ve ALL had problems. So ok!
1. When me and (2) other male Indian medical residents arrived the MSMC door locked was at approx 11 AM?
2. Somehow the Indian residents knew to knock incessantly until the door was opened. How did they know to knock? Have they had to do this before?
3. FINALLY an African American lady opened the door. I am African American too and since everyone thinks we operate on «CP» time, colored people’s time. I would’ve liked for the door to have been opened without our having to knock incessantly during «regular business hours» for the ladies to open it!
4. I told the lady sitting behind the desk who also opened the door finally, with NO APOLOGY from her for having the door locked that I was gonna bill pay my daughter’s $ 10.97 electric bill.
5. She then insisted upon inking up the bill and circling the rent amount which WAS NOT IN QUESTION! I am VERY OCD! Had I wanted the rent portion to be circled I would have circled it myself!
6. I then asked her for MSMC’s wifi so that I could bill pay the $ 10.97…She kept sitting & allowing me to search up and down knowing their wifi was locked?
At this point I’m thinking what kinda liar is she? She knows full well her wifi site is locked!
7. I then turned my Macbook Pro around to her and asked her to find MSMC’s Wifi. AT THIS POINT she says: «It’s probably locked?».Nooo
8. I said ok. I’ll go upstairs & use my dtr’ wifi & bill pay it.
9. I go upstairs & discover that MSMC ONLY takes bill pay by check which means it won’t arrive until AFTER Feb 20^th-​27^th.
10. I then go downstairs and tell the other lady that they should inform people when they know they are planning to bill pay that MSMC ONLY takes bill pay by checks, NOT ELECTRONICALLY SO this will DELAY the customer’s payment! In this case by 9 days! So I commence to pay with my debit card… The other lady, who is smarter than the first lady says «Oh! No, we don’t take credit cards»
11. I then flip the credit cards over to reveal a wad of
cash…at least $ 200…Guess what… The other lady says: «Oh! No, we don’t take cash!» Now I really know how Y’all earned LLC after your name:}
12. She goes on to say that we can include the $ 10.97 with the next bill pay. Wasn’t that nice of her:} AFTER ALL OF THIS LOCKED DOOR AND UP AND DOWN THE ELEVATOR, and NO APOLOGY:}
13. I said: Ok, I’ll double the payment which I’ve already done.
IN CONCLUSION: MSMC should guest shop themselves. I am sure they would be surprised to find locked doors at normal operating business hours, No Apology for the locked doors, and No heads up to the customer prior to their setting off to bill pay that there will be an extra delay because they only bill pay by check and not electronically! Perhaps we can give these (2) ladies jobs to someone who just came onto Ellis Isle, or swam a channel to «WORK» IN AMERICA. GOD BLESS!
