So fresh and so green and super clean! I absolutely loved this place. As I have mentioned in past NYC reviews, I love that there are so many healthy fare places on almost every corner. This place just screams nutrition. I ordered one of their salads with all the goods: avocado, quinoa, tomatoes and chicken with the yogurt caesar dressing. The salad was so filling and delicious that I could barely finish the entire thing. I loved the dressing though; it was so yummy! My husband ordered a salad and it was enormous, too. We had more than enough food to feed 3 people. Completely stumbled on this place and so glad that we did. If you are trekking through NYC and come across this place, you will love it! It’s super clean, bright and highly organized. Next time I am back in NYC and looking for a yummy health food place, I hope to run into this place again!

The only reason this HELLHOLE gets a star at all is because Unilocal demands it. I went into this nightmare at 3:29pm today. No one was there but employees. I think seven of them. And they still managed to be useless, incompetent and to get my order wrong. I will never ever return here and I hope this place goes out of business and their good for absolutely nothing personnel is throw back into the gutter from which they came.

I really wanted to give this place a chance. First I ordered San Pellegrino. I was brought a bottle of Poland Springs. Called to have it replaced which the delivery guy brought back fairly quick. He was polite. Secondly, the falafel was crumbling even before I attempted to eat it. Very dry and the taste was very bland. And lastly, I ordered tomato soup. The color was off so I was hesitant to taste it. It looked bad but tasted even worse. I will not be ordering from here again, and I have no intention of recommending others either.

Love their hummus! It’s literally finger licking good! Great options for vegans and those with restricted diets. I thought their whole wheat wrap didn’t have enough filling for the amount of wrap, but it was tasty enough. Will definitely make a stop here again :)

Very good food. Well made, very light but doesn’t leave you hungry. Also not expensive compare to other good places in the city… Very casual.

So this place is great… Everything is natural, whole and most of which is organic. Super excited to have discovered Nanoosh. Very clean atmosphere and friendly service. I ordered the powerfood plate, which is a create your own(base, protein and sauce). I tried the Farro with Chicke Shawa and Hummus with Tahini. Overall very yummy! The chicken had a tad too much nutmeg flavor so next time I will try the marinated chicken. They were passing around some samples so I got to try all three soups: lentil, butternut squash and tomato. All tasted fresh and healthy. I liked the butternut squash the best. They have two flavors of unsweetended ice tea and a lemonade.

Nanoosh its steps away from my office and I’ve been eating here weekly and have neglected to leave a review. After today’s lunch I was inspired to actually leave some feedback on what has become a top choice for lunch near the job. I get the same thing every time. The power food plate. It’s simple yet filling and delicious. You construct your own plate by picking a base(carbs/greens/etc), protein and 2 toppings. I usually the greens as a base. They give you a blend of FRESH leafy greens and I add the chicken shawa and hummus and lentils as my toppings. Finally you pick from a few sauce options and bam! You have a delicious, fresh, healthy(as healthy as you make it) plate of Mediterranean goodness. What makes this dish to me is the chicken shawa, this chicken is seasoned/marinated to perfection! They also give you a pita to eat with your meal. Nanoosh gets a 4.5, the food is really good. The only thing I’m not ecstatic about is the price. My power food plate comes out to about $ 13. That’s definitely more than I want to spend on lunch. This is why I only eat here once a week. I’m aware that they are giving you fresher, better ingredients than pretty much anyone in the area so the price isn’t too egregious but it’s still cost prohibitive to eat as often as I would like.

I had a few things here for breakfast and was pleasently surprized. Their yoghurt had this amazing fig jam and possibly quince? jam layer, not too sweet — really delicious. Their oatmeal was perfect combination of crunchy and sweet and sour. I also had an early gray tea — which is hard to mess up so it was good regardless. I recommend this place — it was cheap, fresh, fast and delicious!

Great food as always but slow and not so friendly service by the cashier, Vanessa. I placed the order online and was ignored when I came in to pick up half hour later(it still wasn’t ready). «It’s busy» is never a good answer for a regular neighborhood customer.

I had lunch here twice. The food here is really good. Very tasty. My only issue is that it’s too pricy. I had the power plate with farro, baked falafels(so good!), red hummus(has a very light, spicy after taste), and Mediterranean salad which came out to $ 12.19. My plate also came with a pita which I switched for veggies. The first time I had this plate I had it with Quinoa Nanoosh instead of farro. The Quinoa was very tasty and is served cold. This time I tried the farro because I wanted a «hot» dish. Both sides were very good and did not disappoint. The staff was very nice and helpful. They definitely have great customer service here. They even let you sample the foods. All in all, I really like the food and restaurant but it’s too pricey to have for lunch often. Maybe once every month or two. :-)

This is a great place to get lunch in midtown if you’re sick of all the delis and usual lunch spots. It is a little pricy, but I still keep it in my lunch rotation on days when I want to mix it up. I really enjoy the food here and the I believe everything is organic. I usually get the power food plate with farro, mixed greens, hummus, and marinated chicken. I’d definitely recommend the farro over the quinoa. The farro is really good. It’s flavorful and cooked perfectly. The quinoa has raisins and cranberries, which is good if you like that type of thing. As for the mixed greens, i get spicy citrus oil on the side as opposed to the regular citrus oil. It’s super simple, but it’s so yummy on my greens. The hummus comes in both regular and red pepper. To be honest they both taste pretty similar, so I just choose whichever color I feel like having that day. It really doesn’t make a difference. I always get the marinated chicken. The marinated chicken is simply tender pieces of chicken diced up. The chicken is very soft and juicy. The chicken shawa is a lot more flavorful and dry(not in a bad way). They give tiny portions of chicken, but that’s okay because they give a giant piece of pita on the side. It doesn’t seem like a lot when you get the container of food, however, everything is very very filling.

I love Mediterranean food and this place did not disappoint. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Food was amazing, very fresh and flavorful. Had the beef wrap with the mint infused tea. Spent $ 13 and felt somewhat full. I have a large appetite so it fill up the average person. Definitely love the vibe and the people watching seats are amusing. Gotta love NYC!

Fresh and tasty. Great for lunch. Hard to find this type of place in midtown. Portions are very filling though they look smaller. You. An sample things before ordering. Gluten free wraps available. Power farro dish was excellent. Environment is relaxing. Definitely will be a good go to from now on.

Nice vegetarian healthy food. I think they should change the arrangement of the place, so the cashier will be at the entrance. It seems empty, no reason! The food is tasty and a lot of charge place. Try he falafel warp! I like it! It’s really big warp full of good thins. Also the falafel Is baked so it’s very healthy(unlike regular falafel) Great place

Been here a few times. I thought it tasted very good though the portions are a bit small for the price. When I ordered pickup through Seamless, I was unhappy to find that they forgot the pita bread on my order even though the meal choice page specifically asks me to choose what kind of pita I want. Now I’m going to be hungry all afternoon and don’t have the time to go back over there to ask for my pita.

Wooow! Finally a Mediterranean restaurant with healthy choices and organic on top of this! Delicious salad choices and cool lemon-mint water available without having to ask for! I hope we have some in AZ, I will look into it for sure. :)

New location for local Mediterranean fast food chain. I had a beef and hummus wrap plus lentil soup for lunch. Food was fine. Came out quickly. I need to try them soon for a healthy breakfast. Prices are reasonable. Friendly staff. Order at the back counter. Seating is limited; guess that they expect most orders to be take-out. They have a take-out /delivery menu. I will post a pic. I had breakfast here on my second visit. Omelette with two sides — I went with hummus and labneh. Plus a good cup of coffee. Food came out quickly. Place was not busy at all. Only problem was that for me hummus and labneh are not for breakfast. Plus the bill came to just over $ 10 with the tax — too expensive for me.
