I was diagnosed with Shingles on my face and ear and Dr. Keenan was able to see me within an hour of being diagnosed. She was professional, compassionate and helpful in trying to secure a primary healthcare provider since I am new to NYC.

I went in with a sore throat and just wanted confirmation that what I was seeing wasn’t anything serious. I’ve never been to a ENT specialist so was not sure what to expect. I felt the Doctor’s visit was short and to the point which is why I am so surprise that I have anything other than a co-​pay. Before I went in I was sure to read all the paper work on the iPad they give that requires an exceptional amount of signatures. One clearly stating any «surgical» procedures. Little did I know, what I thought was a regular examination that would be covered under my $ 50 co pay is now leaving me with a $ 328 bill because the coding for the tool that they use to look down my throat and nose is coded under a «surgical» coding that cannot be changed. Not only am I disappointed that the doctor would not explain this to me before hand, I also have left messages and have yet to hear back. I will not be using Dr. Keenan services again and hope this helps anyone who thinks they are coming in for a simple examination.

Dr Keenan was very professional, attentive and caring. She removed a huge piece of wax that hardened in my ear canal. She followed up, and made me feel like I was her only patient. It was appreciated. I will happily return to her for future medical needs.

My Dad (end stage dementia) was having trouble breathing, the staff asked a lot of questions and it jogged my memory that it happened before which was helpful. When my Dad was coughing they got him water to make it easier to swallow. Dr. Keenan decided to keep home since it happened before and that he would have 24-​hour care and not do well in the ER. She even helped with another major issue I was having. The staff was wonderful with my father.

Excellent doctor with an automated well run office. Was taken on time and she quickly fixed the issue I was having with my ear. Ran a full hearing test to make sure everything was working. Lovely professional manner. Very happy patient. If I ever have issues again, I would certainly go back and see her. Also very nice professional staff.
