Been here twice because I believe in second chances. Be very specific about what you want. Last time I went I was specific about how I wanted my eyebrows. She gave me an attitude and told me to go somewhere else. She was extremely rude. Messed up my eyebrows the first time but was a sweetheart then was rude to me the second time I went in to ask about shaping my eyebrows a specific way. So to avoid bipolar behavior and subpar service id say go elsewhere

Ask for Baby! She’s amazing and sweet. I came to get my eyebrows done but ended up doing a facial too. She talks about her concerns regarding skin and what’s the best treatment for you. The best part is that they push for all organic methods so you don’t have to worry about chemicals.
Seems like they that their customers are family and they come back for that reason oh and of course their great service!

Terrible! AVOID this place if you care what your eyebrows look like. This is not the same place it used to be a year or two ago when Rosmin & Neema were there. The new owner keeps hiring people that either don’t know how to thread or simply don’t listen to your requests.
I went here right after the new owner took over and after they ruined my eyebrows I vowed never to return. I recently went back because I needed them done in a pinch and they are the only threaders in Inwood (that I know of!). I figured that since it had been at least a year, they should know what they are doing by now. Nope. I clearly told her to NOT touch the top of my eyebrows and to only clean the bottom. She agreed and then went in and threaded the top of my eyebrow on one eye! Not only did she ignore my request but then she only did it on one side! She, once again, ruined my eyebrows!

I was very excited to find a threading place «uptown», and thought the prices were not bad either.
Mon thru Thurs Eyebrows: $ 8
Fri thru Sat Eyebrows: $ 10
Sunday they are closed though the salon in the back is still open.
This place is very inconsistent. I have been here a handful of times and have had mixed experiences, some good some very bad. It seems they do not have a fixed staff (besides the lady that charges) so the chances are that the lady who did your eye brows that time that was really great, wont be there the next time you come back.
