Absolute worst secretarial staff. Good doctors if you can actually reach them. No return calls. Answering machines and you are lucky to get a return call. They make it seem like you are bothering them when you call. Wife using them for 12 years and it may be time to switch doctors.

The worst possible receptionists and secretaries. Those people shouldn’t be in a position to assist patients if they can not be bothered to pick up the phone or return a call.
