I’m upping the Old Navy stars to three. To me the clothing quality has improved. It must be improving for me to find two items in the past month. The dress I purchased has a side zipper and is lined. It’s plan. I hate when a dress is nice in the front and then has s huge obnoxious back view! I saw similar dresses to this dress at Macy’s this week. I didn’t even look at the price! When they have a sale at Old Navy it’s very reasonable. There’s something for everyone. I sometimes get inexpensive tank tops in the little boys department. :-) The sales floor associate was so nice today. I should have asked his name. He ran all over the store to help me find something nice. He was happy to see I found the dress. I’m not giving them four stars because check out was slow. I feel bad about that. I know business is usually slow on a weekday. This mall was very busy today. There are a lot of religious and school events coming up this time of year. When I get out my summer clothes I’ll see what I need. I’m sure I’ll be checking in at Old Navy again!

If you like Old Navy clothes, this is a fine store. You won’t get any help from staff as there don’t seem to be any walking around, but the sales are pretty good and the clothes aren’t strewn around everywhere.

I like the selection of clothes at the store and the store layout. It is easy to progress throughout the store without being overwhelmed by racks all over the place. I also like that the store was neat and organized.

Still not a fan of their cheap ass clothes. I just can’t seem to get the feel of this store or why people seem to like it so much. Sure, it is stocked with merchandise, has great sales, is cheap overall, easy checkout at cashiers, and carries merchandise for kids through adults. Everything seems so colorful and bright. The problem I find is that the clothes reflect the price point — cheaply made mediocre garb. Very suburban gear vibe-like to me where I picture the über white couple and their 2.5 kids having a bar-b-que in their backyard on their pristine green lawn surrounded by a white picket fence. Maybe I have seen too many of their cheesy ads and TV commercials over the years! Also, I find the men’s clothes, especially the graphic t-shirts, seem to lose their shape pretty quickly. I never keep anything I buy here and and up giving it to Goodwill after a few wearings. They do rotate stock and styles for each season, and I usually try out something for each, but still end up disappointed with my purchase. I know better and just need to stop wasting money at these stores. At least it’s in the East River Plaza and close to Target and Costco. Never seems as crowded as the locations are in midtown and downtown. I drop in to take a look when I am shopping at these other stores to see if there is anything worth buying but I usually head back to Target.

Weirdly post-apocalyptic retail environment. Clothes scattered on the floor, piled next to the fitting rooms, and stuffed into odd niches. And no staff at all, except for one poor girl hidden in the register area. Silver lining: If you survive the End Times, there will still be plenty of cheap t-shirts.

Cheaper clothes. In the ERP(East River Plaza) you can get so much done here. For instance, you can buy a gallon of shampoo from Costco, cell phones from Verizon, shoes from Famous Footwear, furniture from Bob’s, electronics from Best Buy and casual clothes from Old Navy! This store is pretty nice and always seems empty. I always buy stuff on clearance here, so I end up with the proper clothes for the right time of(next) year. For instance, I get cargo shorts right in time for the… Fall and Winter? I end up with sweatshirts right in time for the… Spring? Oh well, as long as you care more about function over form, this strategy will suit you well.

Most Old Navy stores are a complete wreck and when this one first opened I noticed it heading in that direction so I told the manager. Yes, a manager! A manager(or any employee other than at the cash register) is a rare sighting in an Old Navy so I had to seize my moment. For some odd reason she seemed shocked and appalled by me saying that her store was a hot mess(yes i used the words, «hot mess»). Maybe she’d never been to another Old Navy before to know how much of a hot mess they are known to be. Hell maybe that was her first time in THIS store but whatever the case, the store has been pretty well maintained ever since. You still wont be able to find a sales associate but at least you wont have to step over a pile of clothes to get to another pile of clothes in this location. Judging by the usual Old Navy standards of complete chaos this is def. a 4 star location. One day when they are big and strong and you can actually locate employees on the sales floor, they’ll get 5 stars.
