I’ve spilled a glass of wine over my rug while playing with my dog. I tried to fix the damage and clean the stain by myself but once I made it worse, I realized I needed to call a professional. I go to Unilocal for everything and they found Oriental rug care. These gentlemen were very professional, they arrived on time (I’m big on punctuality) and cleaned my carpet right away. They also gave me a few tips on future spills and what I should do in order to minimize the damage. I appreciate everything they’ve done and I highly recommend them to anyone.

I spilled a glass of wine on my rug and I decided to check up on Unilocal and see who can help me out I find this young gentleman he was very nice on the phone and he came out very quickly. His assistant was also very nice and they took their shoes off before entering my house. They really cared about their job and really try to get the best performance out there. I recommend Oriental rug care to all my friends and family just don’t spill wine on your rugs. Thanks Jerry for being such a cool guy.

This is the second year in a row I have used Oriental Rug Care and am very very pleased. I send out some very expensive and large rugs, both hand-painted oriental and needlepoint, plus I have them clean my wall-to-wall and all my sofas and stuffed chairs.
They do a great job, are on time, and move everything out and put it back where it needs to be, plus they are great value. No more Macy’s for me!
I recommend them without hesitation.
