Super nice and helpful staff. They just went above and beyond for me to locate a bunch of t-​shirts at their other stores because they don’t stock them, and got me free 2 day shipping on them all. I’ll happily go back.

This store brand gives New York City INTEGRITY. Best brand ever. It just does not make sense to shop anywhere else for your outdoor gear! Patagonia is an original — in style, philosophy, vision. Everyone else is a copy cat. Bowery location is a super cool spot and the staff are so friendly and chill.

I love this Patagonia. The guys that work here could not be more helpful. My husband got me a sweater and we came to exchange it, but had lost the receipt. Not to worry! They did a little digging, found him on the system, and our exchange went through smoothly even without the receipt. They even extended a promo since we checked in on Unilocal,which was awesome since the promo had just recently expired, I think within 24 hours or something. The store isn’t crowded, and they are stocked with lots of outdoor gear and goodies. It’s nice to connect to nature even if that means you’re just stepping foot into Patagonia. I can’t stress how nice and helpful the guys who work at this particular Patagonia are. it makes me want to dump all my current wardrobe for a full line of Patagonia snap T fleeces!

This store is dope! In addition to their own line, they have a lot of co branded stuff like Klean Kanteen and a book section. Staff was helpful and friendly.

The staff is incredibly knowledgeable about Patagonia products and which items are best-​suited for different sports. They are friendly and the store has a relaxed vibe. I took off one star because the prices are still too much for the products.

ROCKAWAY PARK, NY
After a very long and anticipated grand opening, Patagonia on Bowery was exactly what I expected — Great customer service, high quality products ranging from wetsuits, surfboards, stylish patagonia gear (jackets, sweaters etc). They cover it ALL! On top of that, the staff is made up of avid surfers, skaters, and other board riders who understand the ins and out for all the gear they carry! Did I mention they also throw some of the best parties in the New York City?

Big selection, but high prices. Sure the products are very environmentally friendly and in vogue now, but the prices reflect that. Staff also doesn’t care. The wetsuits and décor are cool though.

so! after already hitting one patagonia store and spending WAYYYYYYY too much money in one shot on few items, my fiancé and i decided on probably the coldest day to check out this store which has the wetsuits. and surfboards. and a better vibe than the other patagonia stores. more laidback. also. offered patagonia beer while shopping, which at first i was unsure not because it was beer from a patagonia store, but because it was subzero temps and i figured am i going to chug a beer before i exit the store? or am i going to leisurely sip a beer (i have a low tolerance) and walk around on the streets of the city when i’m done browsing? answer: second. so my fiancé and i drank our beers, checked out some wetsuits and had a good time. now thanks dudes at the store. i most certainly will be back to purchase a new wetsuit in due time when i can stand to strip off my layers, boots, gloves, and hat to then redress in one.
