There reverse Sicilian slice was pretty good. Grandma slice was abit salty for my liking and the bbq chicken slice was just too ‘barbaquey’ and chewy. Service was great and everything else. Might try other slices if I’m in the area.

Nothing special about this place. Not sure where the high rating comes from. Perhaps I picked an off day for them? I ordered pepperoni and the crust is slightly too thick and honestly, too much cheese. Ample pepperoni, though, and the ingredients are fresh. But when competition is fierce for a slice in NYC I can’t award them 4 stars. It’s no where near di Fara’s. Too bad, Murray Hill could use a 5 star pizza slice.

Great new york pizza, cheap, great taste, great service, on time FREE delivery, and gave us free condiments.

If you want true authentic Italian, go here! Everything on the menu is amazing! Love the gramma slice and the vegetable penne pasta. Joe and his team are so friendly and take good care of us when we come in. A true neighborhood gem that is out of this world!

We frequently order from here for our company lunches. The food is always on time, fresh and delicious and the owner is always very accommodating with large orders!

I live in the area and finally got around to trying this place. I’ve been eating NYC pizza for 35 years, and this was scary good. I hope the rest of the neighborhood starts giving them a lot more business. Then maybe it’ll be worth it for them to open up on weekends.

Prime example of what New York slices are supposed to be. Here you have some crispy slices made with the freshest ingredients. I usually rotate between the grandma and mushroom slices, but will be coming back to try more. Don’t forget the garlic knots on the side!

Came back with a few of my coworkers to ransack their pizza selections. as for myself, I ordered the buffalo chicken slice and the chicken mozzarella roll. even though it was take out, the slices had a nice crispiness to it. the roll was properly seasoned. I can see people having an issue with the price point, but considering the the food I’ve had thus far, I don’t have much of an issue with it. Think I’ve found my next go-to pizza place

Grandma pizza = amazing. Such a thin, crispy crust. Got it on the whole wheat crust, which was actually delicious.

Stopped by to grab some quick slices and boy, this pizza was delicious. Plus, it was super clean and the service was great! Will definitely come back again. Highly recommend the upside down Sicilian and Margherita. Sauce doesn’t disappoint!

I came here on a day when I was really craving pizza, and I left completely satisfied. That’s all I have to say about that! No fountain drinks here though, but plenty of bottles to choose from.

Out of the entire workweek, someone from my department of less than 15 people orders there at least three times a week. Not just their pizza but everything on the menu is AWESOME. We’ve gotten the lasagna, eggplant parm rolls, all different kinds of pizza, wraps, you name it. We are never ever disappointed. The thought of «if I change one thing it would be…» never even crosses our minds. We are always thrilled with service, price, and quality. *They even make whole wheat garlic knots and I’m pretty sure their crusts are whole wheat also!

Delicious! We didn’t know what to expect but hey, who cares! Not a lot of room for groups inside but well worth it! Came in for a large cheese and«appetizers» and they were very accommodating! Even though they only have a 4 top, we made a six work and the owner even made sure we had a separate place for our pizza! By far one of the best experiences in the city!

Over the top, the best pizza in Manhattan. This is real NYC Italian pizza — old school. I order a pie from here at least once a week, and I stop in a few days a week for a stray slice or two. This is the pizza that my kids love. If you are a tourist visiting the Empire State Building a block away, this is the pizza you MUST try in New York. Trust me, I grew up on this stuff in the 1960s when it was a nickel a slice, and you could fine authentic New York pizza everywhere in the City. Now almost all other pizza is a poor imitation of the real thing.

I’m not much of a pizza guru but I love love love pizza and I’m not afraid to express how I feel about it! This pizza was amazing. I am visiting here from California by way of Phoenix and knowing that NY has a reputation for pizza, I have managed to still visit this place 2 days in a row and will continue to do so until I leave. I kinda stumbled in here out of location convenience having little expectation for what I was going to receive. Glad I did! I’m a little spoiled having just visited Italy a few months ago and having the pizza that they made there so I have been on a pizza binge since I have returned back to the U.S.(nothing quite like Italy sauce) but this place is definitely hitting the spot! The employees there are incredibly personable and friendly, also adding to the WANT to return. If you’re in the area definitely give this place a try!

I am revising upward what I wrote yesterday, and giving Trenta Tre another chance, because of the following note I received: «sorry for the bad pizza day. It was an aberration. I was out with the flu and only the flu can stop me. I do take pride cause I care and give 100%.» I am hoping that after the next time I go in, I can go up to 5 stars and delete what I wrote yesterday! Yesterday’s review: This is sad. When they opened, they had fabulous pizza — crisp crust and tons of flavor. I would have given them 6 stars! I’ve been there about four times since then, and it was always very, very good. Today, however, the pizza was soggy, cold(despite my having asked for it extra hot), and flavorless. They are lovely people who appear to take great pride in their product. Maybe the person in charge was out sick, or doesn’t realize that the kitchen is not living up to its reputation? I’m posting this because I think that if they knew, they would do something about it. But I am not inclined to return. My diet doesn’t allow pizza often enough that I can take any chances!

That penne pizza($ 4) was offf the hook! Amazing flavor, thin, and crispy. I actually ate the crust too. I almost never eat pizza crust. I’m satisfied but it tasted so good I feel like indulging in another slice. They have a fulfilling variety of pizza selection. Nice customer service. Very clean and spacious. Great place to grab a bite or for those times you need a slice of pizza to hit the spot. Can’t wait to try the other slices soon.

I’m so happy this place is open. I work in the area and it’s hard to find good pizza within walking distance(I used to go to bella napoli but have had too many bad experiences there so I stopped). Trenta Tre has a really nice variety of slices, calzones, etc. that are reasonably priced. I’ve had their Sophia slice(fresh tomatoes & olives) and a penne vodka slice that were both really good. Their plain slice was meh: nowhere near the best in NYC but good enough. I’d definitely recommend going for some of their more interesting options.

I’m gonna have to say this is the best cheese slice in this area. It’s not quite Joe’s in Union Square(best cheese slice in the city IMHO), but this pizza maker def knows how to make proper NY style pizza. Pizza is thin, nice crunchy bottom, not too much cheese, flavorful sauce — not going to find anything better in this neck of the woods. Their crust has his airy crunch to it that makes it taste super light. So good. The dining room is minimal since it is a grab-n-go pizza joint, but the place is kept super clean and tidy. Service is always prompt and friendly. I gotta come back to try the grandma slice!
