Worst experience ever! At first the sales person were nice I must say but… After two visit I desired to get that amazing scarf from the main line. They never told me about the no return policy! I got a 600 $ scarf as a gift and my husband got me the same one, I then return one, they refused ! First told me it was impossible!(I work in retail they is no such thing! Exemptions happens…) then the got the excuse that it was paid cash… Then said they would take my infos and call me… Been over a month they never called me!!! In NYC state you must have a sign visible on the cashier s desk go those kind of policies and there are not such a thing! Love the clothes but they are just thiefs, j will never go back and have a terrible experience of issey miyake, makes me sad…

Bought a cool pleated pant and top. They also have something called cauliflower. Too funny! The BaoBao shiny bags are to die for! That will be my next purchase.

The name«Pleats Please» would cause many to dismiss this store, but the finely pleated fabric of Issey Miyake’s designs are much more chic than the innocuous name would imply. There are a variety of styles, colors and cuts that create sculpture in fashion. What’s more, they are easy to care for. All one needs to is wash, wring out in a towel and lay flat to dry. Theses clothes are great for travel as they can be rolled and placed in a suitcase.

Sooo cute. Really«pleaty.» Nice staff(all three of them)…and key location(obviously). But I’ll actually«shop» there when I win the lottery.
