Excellent diner food for great prices. Try their breakfast, burgers, and wraps. I have been to many others diners in NYC but few provide such great food at such value. Service is outstanding as well! Ask for Elizabeth if you’re there before 3pm. She’s one of NYC’s top waitresses!

After walling by a number of diners«under development» on 10th, this place is a bastion. Food is great, service friendly and efficient, and a lovely home-style interior. All praise to Pom Pom!

Went here the other day with a friend, sat down for 5 minutes and not one person came to ask us what we wanted to drink or eat. everyone just stared at us and we felt extremely unwelcomed. so we got up and left. then entire time we were there we did not see one person who worked there. will never go back.

French fries should be crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside. It’s amazing how few places in New York get them right. Pom Pom is one of those few.

First off, Don’t ask for the PomPom special. I tried this once and was immediately escorted to the kitchen where a large Anglo-Saxan male performed unspeakable acts with my body. The food resembles something I used to pour into my car before I scrapped it for $ 100. My lawyer told me I got a bad deal, but my doctor told me not to trust him. Good place to go to

I’m a little biased because I eat here all the time, but the employees are really nice and the food always tastes fresh! I eat here/pick up at least once a week. DELICIOUS.
We went here for a late lunch, and the food and prices were great. The turkey club was big and good, as were the fries. My son loved his pancakes and bacon. My Greek salad was great, with fresh tasting anchovies, olives and grape leaves with rice. The service was friendly and decently fast, but after waiting awhile for the check I went up and asked for it. We had to get going, and it took awhile after that. My only caveat is that the bathroom is unisex, so ladies and families, be prepared to do a little clean up and prep if you need to use the facilities. It isn’t that they weren’t cleaned, but rather that male clientele/staff made no effort not to make a mess. So go for the food, but don’t send your kids to restroom without checking out the condition first.

I have only ever gotten breakfast sandwiches here, but they are seriously fantastic. What makes a breakfast sandwich fantastic? I honestly don’t know, but these guys clearly do. Fluffy eggs, perfectly melted, high-quality American cheese(yes, there is a quality spectrum for American cheese) — I rarely get meat because the egg and cheese part is so on point and satisfying(plus I can pretend I’m being healthy). Also it’s clearly a family business and the guys working the counter are really nice, fast and professional.

Solid place to get breakfast at 6am when you are waiting for your snowboarding trip to start. Great coffee and fast service and they can whip up just about anything! Bacon egg and cheese was good ! They even remember to ask you if you want salt & pepper… very important. The server was sooo nice and extremely chipper for it being an ungodly hour in the AM. Plus the first thing she asked was«how much time do you have so I can tell the cook» I guess the snowboarding gear gave us away! HOWCONSIDERATE!!!

I am serious about breakfast, and found this place on a cold Friday morning. The service was wonderful, and they served real cream with the coffee — which is fantastic. I had the omelet with feta and tomatoes, and it was great! My friend had the pancakes and another had the chicken pita, and raved about the tzatziki. Everything came out quick, and priced reasonably. The coffee is wonderful and the OJ was fresh squeezed! It’s a great little place that I recommend.

Meh. Went for a late breakfast. It was not busy at all. I ordered a goat cheese and spinach omelet. There was no discernible taste of goat cheese and the omelet was WAY overcooked and tasted like a salt lick. The potatoes and coffee were good, though.

Typical diner. Nice food. We ate breakfast here. The food was good. The waitstaff was attentive. And quick. Good diner experience. Four stars is my best rating for this peer group. I would eat here again.

This place is in a nice area. Not too far of a walk if in Times Sq. It is small and comfortable. The menu has a lot of options and they are all pretty affordable. I’m very picky with my burgers; I like them well done. This place gave me one of the best burgers I’ve ever had!

Pretty good spot. Considering it’s located in the city, it’s not a place that will break your pockets. Great selection of food on the menu. I’ve come here mainly for breakfast. Haven’t had the chance to get lunch or dinner yet. With the traffic and parking situation I’d rather get the hell out of dodge!!! Lol Definite go to spot when I’m around and have time to kill. The waitress in the morning is very attentive. Take good care of her

Cute business name! Waitresses were super sweet and my food tasted fresh. The order came out quick, which I appreciated bc I was running to a fashion show. Eggs with cheese & sweet potato fries($ 8.25). All in all, a good experience here.

Oh man. Pom Pom Diner… I love this place. I used to eat here 1−2x a week. I really want to give it a 4⁄5 stars because of that. Except. it’s diner food. Don’t get me wrong, it’s a solid breakfast for under $ 10. And if you get there before 10a.m. you can get the breakfast special which includes a freshly squeezed orange juice, and you won’t be sad about it! But like most diners, at the end of the day it’s just a solid«A-Ok».

Waited almost an hour to get an omelet and pancakes for me and a friend. There were about 5 total people in the restaurant and the waitress just continued to fill our waters and serve everyone around us who arrived after us. All around pretty shitty experience.

DELICIOUS! Absolutely DELICIOUS! I wandered in here with a group of 5 hungry people after a long night of partying. My one single complaint about the Pom Pom is going to be the service we happened to receive. I don’t understand why it took so long for a waitress to come over and take our orders, or why the food did not get to our table for a decently long amount of time. BUTBOYOHBOY, when my plate was finally in front of me, I was in heaven! I first tried one of my friend’s mozzarella sticks for an appetizer, and the cheese just melted in my mouth. It was perfectly crunchy on the outside, and warm and gooey on the inside. As for my meal, the original french toast was so fluffy and buttery, and the maple syrup tasted homemade! It was so bold and rich that I was quickly filled up, and pretty disappointed that I couldn’t finish the whole thing. Definitely a cheap, great find on the corner of 11th Ave! Open 24⁄7 so you can’t argue with that! I still have urges to make the trip downtown just to satisfy my cravings for this yummy diner again.
