These guys are life savers! My lousy corporate car service bailed on me the morning of my flight with the lame excuse that too many of the drivers were unavailable. After a quick search on Unilocal,I found Professional Car service and these guys were at my doorstep in 15 minutes, drove me to the airport(La Guardia), and happily took credit card as a method of payment. If you are in a pinch, I would recommend these guys anytime!

I have used Professional to go to work in midtown at 2 in the morning and also to get to the airport. They quote the fee on the phone and promptly arrive for pickup. The fees they charge are reasonable, the cars are new, air-conditioned, spotless, the drivers very professional, and both times drove safely.

I called and was quoted $ 7 from W169th St to W90th St. Nearing my destination I asked to go 8 blocks further south to W82nd St. Arriving at my destination I was told it was $ 15. Told the driver I was quoted $ 7 on the phone. He replied that I changed the destination. I said to double the fare for going 8 blocks more is ridiculous. He gave up after that.

I’ve only used this service twice, but each time I was in a hurry and it was 4:00am. A courteous driver arrived quickly, drove safely, and delivered me to the airport uneventfully. Five stars for that!

We got pleasent service. It was our first time to call this company. Car was clean and came to our building on time. The cost from 168 train station(A train) to Newark airport was 90 $.

Amazing service. I called then after super shuttle cancelled my trip to JFK this morning(snowed 6″ in NYC last night) They came over in 10 minutes, took me to JFK which we safely made it in 40 minutes from Washington Heights. Driver had a great personality and was very safe driving in adverse conditions. I’ll definitely use them again!

I have used this service several times. They were polite, came early and called to let me know they had arrived. Took one star off because at the end of one trip there was some disagreement over a pre-agreed-to price. Overall, this is a very dependable, reliable service. I generally use them for trips to the airport. I would recommend this car service.
