Extremely slow service, long line, and nobody staffing the front desk to check-in. I shouldn’t need to take THREE hours off work for a blood draw.

My experience is that they are pretty well organized. Don’t try to reach them in the phone to ask a question. You need to be in person for the smallest question. The waiting room is always packed. Make sure you use the sign in sheet to sign in as soon as you arrive!
