In a recent meeting my team was reflecting on what a vital impact the Quest team has had on our launch and early success. This has been an extremely busy time for us and we can’t express enough how valuable it is knowing we can rely on Quest for a conducive work environment, strong sense of community and extremely professional appearance to visitors who come see us. They certainly have a talent for the shared workspace industry with exceptional focus on client experience. I also enjoy their lunch events as well as networking after work events, there is a lot of thought that is put into these and it shows.

I highly recommend Quest! Carmen is absolutely amazing and really takes the time and effort to work with you to help your business grow. I visited 20 different office spaces before selecting Quest. Not only do you get a great location and space, but all of the people in the office are kind, passionate and driven, so even when you’re having an off day there is always someone to give you a pep talk or some inspiration. Overall just a great place to work!

Quest is one of those secrets in life that you don’t want anyone else to know about. It’s like a good song on an album that you don’t want to become a single on the radio; or a quaint restaurant on a side street in your neighborhood that you don’t want the NYC society scene to find out about; or even a nice jogging path you find off the main route that opens up to some amazing views.
I run my own business and work a lot out of my home when I’m not making professional appearances around the city. Being that I’m not one to have clients in my home, however, I needed a centrally located office to meet with both clients and prospective clients. Quest totally meets those needs.
There are two conference rooms available — one of which offers fantastic midtown views as Quest is located on the 43^rd floor of the historic Time and Life building, right across the street from Radio City. Clients are always highly impressed with the office whenever I’ve scheduled a meeting in the conference room. In fact, they’re usually impressed the moment that I give them the address letting them know where to meet me. Quest thereby serves as an amazing reflection upon my business while adding a substantive quality to my brand.
Carmen and Shantell, who essentially run the office, are amazing in their own right and will always be there to help you, whether between the hours of 9 to 5, Monday through Friday, or, as I recently experienced, on a Saturday night at 10pm when you’re trying to schedule a last minute meeting in the conference room for Sunday morning. Their friendliness, bubbliness, and ability to get things done are the only reason I’m even divulging this secret, which I’ve kept to myself for a good minute (I Unilocal frequently and purposefully didn’t leave a review about this place for months on end).
I can only hope this particular Quest office continues to maintain the current vibe of friendliness, professionalism, and all-​around accessibility. As long as it does, I will not be going anywhere.

Quest Workspaces has it all! Not only did Carmen and Shantell make my experience unforgettable, Laura (the CEO) made a personal effort to meet/​greet me when I worked in their Time Life Building offices in Midtown Manhattan. Talk about attention to detail!
There is something to be said for great service — especially in NYC. When you are lucky enough to work with a team as on-​point at Quest, it is hard to imagine finding that same unique quality with anyone else. Consider inquiring about working at Quest for the cohesive community, tech-​equipped/​gorgeous offices (also in South Florida!) & prime Manhattan address.

I’m honestly surprised there isn’t a waiting list to join Quest. I have toured a number of shared «executive» office spaces in midtown and Quest is by far the best.
The offices are large and quiet, with a great view from the 43^rd floor and 24 hour access. The staff is upbeat friendly and attentive, with a reception/​waiting area for guests. The coffee machine is pod-​less and free, with a variety of choices. The building has a great cafeteria with low prices and fast elevators. Access to the conference room. Fast wired and wireless internet.
Bottom line is it’s a great place to work and be productive, without any of the annoyances you usually find at other shared offices.

Quest Workplaces has done a great job of creating a fantastic work environment. Carmen is a excellent manager and always makes us feel welcome and answers all our questions. She created a effective and stress free work environment!
When it comes to real estate, its always about location, location location and this office has it! Its located a couple blocks away from the Rockefeller Center and is close to the B, D, F, M, N, P, Q, R,1,2 and 3 trains.

First review for Unilocal and I couldnt be anymore excited to dedicate this review to Quest Workspaces. Before joining Quest, we had done tons of reach and view lots of spaces (30 to be exact) before bringing our team to Quest and we havent look back since. Quest workspaces situated in a high end and high security building right infront of the middle of it all (infront of radio city/​rockerfeller, a block from broadway, 2 blocks from times square, and 3 blocks from bryant park) with all subway stations near by.
Aside from the amazing location, view of empirestate building, high end executive furnitures, Quest workspaces’ team is exceptional. Carmen, QWS’ nyc office manager always goes above and beyond to help us out, if theres ever a problem going on at the office. Its always a pleasant to walk into the office to see her big smile and jolly personality in the morning.
I highly recommend QWS if you ever need an office space in nyc!!!

I love the space that Quest has — they make me and my team look quite polished and together plus they add nice touches like flowers in the rooms. But what has really impressed me has been the service from their staff — especially Carmen. She is so accommodating and understanding. My experience with her has cemented that this is not just one person in the office going above and beyond, but the company culture as well.
