OMG! Blown away by this place. I couldn’t believe the set up of this 5 story shopping experience. For a follower of the Lauren… wow! The restroom alone– YES PLEASE.
And I swear all the men that work here are models. They have to be, there is no other way.

I came here recently after I was redirected by the nearby Polo Ralph Lauren store to come here and see if I they have scarves. Upon entering the store I was greeted by all of the workers on the floor. They were willing to help me and tell me where the men section is. I went downstairs and I saw the men section. However the male worker that I asked to help me was of no help at all — actually he didn’t even seem interested in helping me.
I was talking to him, and I think the owners of the store was walking by, and the male worker completely ignored my question and started speaking to who I believed to be the owner of the store. I felt it was completely rude and I felt like leaving after that. But, I stayed and waited for him to say his hello’s and hi’s to the owners, and his ‘so-​called’ smiling to the owners [god knows that smile was obviously fake… what a kissup!] Well he answered my question a freaking decade later or so. I swear, he could of just quickly answered my question before turning into ‘kissup worker’ mode. At the end I left with nothing, because they didn’t have the scarves and they didn’t have no selection of hats.
Overall I liked all the store and employees, except the one down the stairs. I would come back here. but I will not ask that worker another question again. It’s nice and tidy, as well as organized.
