DONOTTRUSTTHISJEWLERYSTORE!!! EVERYTHINGINTHISSTOREISFAKE!!! I, I never wrote a review before, but the way these people decieved me i just could not let this happen to anyone else, i wish i could stand there all day and stop people from going in this jewlery store. The first time i walked in here i purchased a watch, Ray and the russian lady were such nice people i never in my life thought they would play me, i was wrong. After my first purchase i decided to buy diamond earrings abotu 7 months ago, after losing my job i tried to sell them to a jewlery store but not one jewlery store said they were worth it mind you i paid almost 400 $ not a lot but a lot for every jewler to tell me they were worth 10 $ that is so bogus! So i tried to return them back mind you he knows me by name because that wasnt my first purchase, he knew i bought the earrings from him and he told me they were not worth anything! imagine how livid i was, then after arguing for however long, he decided to exchange the earrings for a bulova watch that he says was worth 300 $ i take the watch and guess what! ITSFAKE! i am so over these deceitful people. NEVERBUYANYTHINGFROMHERE. Just walk up two ave and just go to the diamond district!

DONOTTRUSTTHESEPEOPLE. I went here to get a lot of jewelry repaired and cleaned. One item was an antique bracelet my grandmother left me. I asked them to remove one link and add a safety chain. When I picked it up,(along with $ 200 worth of other items I had cleaned and repaired) they put it on my wrist. FOURHOURSLATERITWASGONE. Fell off, gone… bye bye never to be seen again. I called and the woman said«wow, sorry, I wish it would have fallen off in the store» DUH Then another bracelet I had a safety chain fixed by them I wore once after they fixed it and it was fine. Second time, today, it fell off. I took it back and showed the owner it didn’t stay closed and he tried to tell my the chain was in the way of the lock closing property, even though we sat there and locked and pulled it open time and again. only go here if you want to pay money for your items to be lost shorty after

I walked in needing a few links removed from a new watch. This is how it went down: I walk in, am greeted by David. I explain my request and got a boatload of attitude from a Russian lady behind the counter after asking a question about the service. In a slightly daring mood that day, I decided to call her out on the totally unwarranted stank(though tried to be cheeky). Got hearty laughs from David and Ray, the owner. $ 5 later, the links were expertly removed by Mr. David, and everyone’s still reeling with laughter over the silly Russian lady comin’ out her face like what. I cannot comment on the quality or authenticity of their jewelry(see Marlo L.‘s review), but five dollars is certainly a steal for watch link removal in the city. So thanks David and Ray, for fixing up my watch and for comedic encouragement, and to Stanky McGee, check yourself and stop actin a fool!

I wish I could give this store negative stars. I went to this store on Monday 11/26/2012 and saw an alleged Movado watch I liked for my boyfriend for Christmas. The sales representative said the watch went for $ 2,500 on Movado’s site but, because it was a Christmas gift and because he got it for a deal, he would give it to me for $ 999. I told him I would think about it. I went to Movado’s site and could not find the watch anywhere. I went back today, 11/28/2012 and asked to look at the watch. I started to examine it and the dealer said he called Movado, that the watch sells for $ 1,450 on the site, and that he confirmed that it was on the site that very morning. I went to the Movado site in his presence and searched for the watch; I found one that was similar(but none that were exact matches), and the dealer tried to convince me it was the same(even though the watch band is totally different and the face has differences). Then I searched the Movado serial number he gave me for the watch and found nothing on the site. When I searched the same serial number(605323) on google I got many hits to the same watch he had in his store, all selling for between $ 150 – 200 dollars. I showed him this and he reiterated that the watch was genuine and on Movado’s site, despite the fact that neither of us could locate it(because it was not there) when we went on earlier. This store not only lied about the authenticity of their product to me(and have probably done so to countless other individuals), they also tried to charge me $ 1,000 for a watch that sells online for one tenth that amount. These type of practices are horrible, and I am saddened to think what this store will try to do to unknowing shoppers during the impending holiday season unless something is done about them and their practices.
