Literally the worst massage I’ve ever gotten. I have a feeling I went here at an inopportune time, as there was only one person and everything seemed to be under construction. The one person present decided to talk on the phone for almost 5 minutes as I stood there waiting. She then offered to give me an hour full body massage, and took me into a small room. She answered her phone 3 times, and actually proactively called someone at one point! I was truly shocked. The only thing as bad as the customer service experience was the massage. She was definitely not trained in any way, shape, or form. Having a small terrier walk on my back would’ve felt better. So I ended the massage early, and she followed me to the ATM to make sure I didn’t ditch without paying. A lovely end to a relaxing massage experience.

Samuel was incredible! After walking around NYC for hours… yes hours… my dogs were exhausted. He gave me an hour and a half(he totally went over time) and worked out the aches and pains! One thing to note it is cash only! He played Chinese classical music and I fell asleep. Since I came at ten(an hour before closing) and he didn’t finish until 10:30 he waited with me til my UBER came. He also gave me tons of tips for my chronic back pain as it related to my feet and reflexology! So thankful for this hidden gem in Chinatown!

Just had a wonderful one hour foot massage($ 25) with Sam Wong. It was my first time at this place and wasn’t really sure what to expect. The place is at the basement of a bus stop, so a little easy to overlook/miss. This place was quiet on a Sunday afternoon. Sam made me feel at ease and he was great to chat with as well — it seems like he really enjoys what he does. My feet also appreciated the much-needed massage! There are so many massage places in Chinatown so it can be hard to figure out what’s a good place. I’ll definitely be back here again. And if you do stop by, ask for Sam.

Very easy to walk in and enjoy a massage. Comfortable chairs and atmosphere. Not too crowded and very nice people.

Thanks Unilocal for this amazing find. Was visiting from San Francisco in dire need of a foot massage. I’ve been to plenty of places back home so I know a good masseuse from a bad one. This lady kicked my ass and handed it to me(in a great way). She knew all the pressure points to hit and worked out all my knots. It hurt at times, but that only meant my foot was in need of some TLC. Will stop by again when I’m in town.

I went to Duane Reade afterward and bought anti-fungal spray for my feet as a precaution. Very smelly towels, probably reused without washing them. Tattered, filthy looking furniture. Also, they passive aggressively demand tips, after wiping your feet with very smelly towels.

Wonderful! My feet were aching after a walk across Brooklyn Bridge. This place did a fantastic job.

WOW! A friend and I stopped in for a foot massage after schlepping thru the city all day in 4″ stilettos. Instead of the 60 minute foot massage for $ 25, we opted for 30 minute foot and 30 minute shoulder for $ 35. We both just experienced the absolute BEST massages of our lives! Well worth way more than the money, we left feeling energized and refreshed. They are amazing reflexologists! Highly recommend and will definitely be back during our next Manhattan trip!

Excellent work! My back was like a billiard a table but Vivien went to town! Been massaging for 50 years — knew every spot. Incredible. The Chinese culture knows the value of this treatment

I had a rough leg day workout so I really wanted a massage. I walked around chinatown to run errands and I’m glad I found this place through Unilocal! I asked them if they still do the 30 minute foot reflexology and 60 minute full body massage for $ 50. The massage lady asked the man behind the counter, he nodded his head and she pointed to come sit down. Other than the fact, I couldn’t really communicate with the massage lady about my tight muscles in my legs, the massage felt REALLY good. I’ve been to quite a few chinese massage places and I’m used to only facing down and getting a message but at Rich Feet you sit down, face down, then face up, then lie on your right side. just massage everywhere. even areas you wouldn’t think would need massaging… like stomach and tailbone? haha… regardless I walked out smiling and happy. I think I’m going to come back to this place.

I stumbled across Rich Feet during 2012 Spa Week.(A national week where spas offer awesome deals on services and packages.) The offer at the time, which is pretty close to regular prices, was 30 minute foot reflexology and 60 minute full body massage for $ 50. Are you kidding me?! Right now they are running a Spring Break Special, which is 60 minute foot reflexology and 60 minute full body for $ 55. AREYOUKIDDINGME?! The place is pretty no-frills, but clean. Also, I feel like they always go over the time. It’s in Chinatown at Allen and Canal, and I trek all the way here from UWS to get an amazing, cheap massage. I like lots of pressure to work out my knots and sometimes I’m squirming in pain(but it’s worth it!). When I saw the Spring Break Special, my only concern was when I’d have 2.5 hours to get rubbed down. #firstworldproblems
