I didn’t have a good experience with this company, I expected better quality and service, since their website is professional.
I paid $ 194 for a rug 5’by 9′, to be cleaned, i went with the least expensive option, since it was my first time trying this company, and i didn’t expect that the rug smell like dogs have been sleeping on in for weeks. I don’t have dogs and I don’t know where the rug got the smell from.
I dose not look like it has been cleaned and it still has so much dust on it.
The costumer service is a little off, they said that it would take 7 – 10 day to deliver, the guy who picked up the rug told me to call the company exactly next week to schedule the delivery.
I did that and the lady on the phone said that it looks like the rug is in the process so won’t be ready till next week and the best she could do was Monday bet 1pm-​3pm. that was ok with me.
Friday before that Monday I get a call from their delivery guy saying that he is 10 mins away with the rug, I was working that day, the rug was supposed to be delivered on Monday.
The day of delivery, they called at 11;45 to tell me that they are 15 mins away. I had to leave what i was doing to go home 1 hour early for the delivery.
I usually don’t care how bad is the costumer service if the service is done right.
but that rug dose not look clean and it smells horrible.
I would never use this company again!

Was very pleased with the service and overdye results on a rug that I was considering giving away. Instead of purchasing a new one, I took the chance on refreshing it with an overdye and the results were amazing. Price is right, and they work with you to achieve the desired color. Theresa, the Rug Wash rep, was very patient, friendly and accommodating — great customer service!
