Great self service laundry venue. A normal wash load is $ 2.25 and the dryer is $ 0.25 for every 10 minutes. I’ve never felt the need to stay and watch my laundry and often leave and just come back. The owner of the shop is always there when its open.
It’s not open on holidays.

They have good wash and fold and very good prices, this is why I have put up with alot of bad service, such as promising same day service and then i call and it’s not ready. A few times they say it will be delivered and nobody shows up to deliver it. I call in the next morning and they apologize. It’s happened once to often for me. The delivery people seem very nice, but their customer service needs real work. Very Unreliable!

I would never do my laundry here again — they don’t follow even the simplest instructions and the service is rude. The ladies who do the laundry are nice but the phone contact person is brusque and rude. My laundry came back wet and the things I wanted air-​dried ended up in the dryer so my expensive shirt was ruined. Will search for a better place.

These guys kept putting my babies onesies in between my husbands shirts, one my one. ??? That is just annoying. Why fold all the clothes which makes one think it should be easy to put away and then stick the onesies in there to be picked out? I don’t get you guys. Otherwise the service was OK, nothing special.

I call the number, a guy shows up in 5 minutes to pick up the clothes, the next day if requested the clothes are dropped neatly washed and folded. I schedule mine delivery/​pick in two week intervals, so I have a bag of dirty cloths to pick up when they drop off the clean.
The prices cannot be beat, for my wife and I it usually costs us about $ 25 ever two weeks sometimes less. I use them for their wash and fold service. Pickup and delivery are free.
As for the last review, I think his English is very good, never have a communication problem.

I’ve been taking my laundry here for the past two years. I’m too lazy to do it myself… yes I know I know. Well it’s not too expensive. I went to a few laundry places in my neighborhood and this was the cheapest at 65 cents a pound. I believe it is still that price. I usually spend about $ 15 a month on average. I’ve never used their dry cleaning, just drop my normal laundry off. The only problem is they don’t speak English very well at all. I tried having them wash my laundry cold once because there were a few delicates and they couldn’t understand me when I asked them to wash cold. I eventually gave up and prayed for the best. Nothing bad happened, but I’ve taken to hand-​washing anything delicate now anyway just in case.
I pick up my clothing because I only live a block away, though they do offer free delivery. It always comes fresh smelling and nicely folded. I’ve never had any item lost, not even a sock. They also offer same day services if you drop it off early enough, before noon. I’ve also taken a down comforter and a huge futon cover there to wash, and they came out okay. All in all, I’m a fan! :P
