I have gone to this store for over 5 years and have bought multiple pieces. The owner has always been very friendly, knowledgeable and fair. Prices are competitive and repairs for other things have always been quick and well done. I would recommend to anyone looking for good quality jewelry, good prices and a pleasant buying experience.

Went in to get my watch batter replaced — service was quick and extremely reasonably priced! Will certainly recommend to friends and will be back.

HORRIBLE! I went into sell my invicta watch and i asked to be payed in silver coins and he gave me 15 silver quarters about 3 ozs = $ 45 then i come back the next day he told me he messed up and that he wanted the coins back and he would give me my watch i said yeah ok what ever i have not been back since. he’s a rude fat old man don’t go in!

No idea what his watch repair or battery change services are like since I only go to him for jewelry. The owner is very friendly, super helpful and has been doing this for a long time. He’s my go-​to guy for all things jewelry; I always go back to him and totally trust him. He’s helped me with custom rings and earrings, and will make a piece inspired by a photo and is able to meticulously execute, based on the vision I share with him. Don’t go there for a battery change. The owner at 6PM was very talkative as he worked which made me nervous. A middle aged man, The owner, used a large crude 4 inch knife and pried open my seiko watch. I went in at night and watched in horror as he showed no respect for my 1 year old $ 200 watch. The next day the watch was full of scratches on the metal in the back ¼ «long and deep and scruff scratches on the outside front ring of the case. I hope it doesnt take in water. I have had my watch battery change before on this watch and never saw 1 scratch afterwards. He obviously has no skills nor the right tools and should take down his sign that he does any repair. BUYER BEWARE, I should have used Unilocal before I went in.

Fixed the watch I brought in. It broke again within a couple days and I brought it back asking what he thought may have happened. He made it out like it was my fault and said never to question his work product. So rude.

Went to have my $ 250 watch’s battery change, I couldn’t stay, when I came back to pick up my watch it didn’t work at all. Only explanation, «something was wrong with it.» I guess I had my sucker face that day, because I took it somewhere else and it works fine…

Screwed up the piece of jewelry making it look darker than the original. When asked about started making excuses which mainly revolved around the fact that we paid «so little». Now we have to redo it and repair it after his «repair». Avoid.
