Been using this place since I moved to the area about 4 months ago. Very friendly and accommodating staff… unfortunately, that’s about where it ends. My laundry turns out ok-doesn’t smell particularly fresh or look particularly super clean, but isn’t dirty. I like my laundry smelling fresh, so I threw in a bottle of my own detergent(which they said was fine). Unfortunately, I never got this back and never received an apology. Not willing to risk them losing anything else. Another star deducted for their hours-if you work traditional work hours, it will be near impossible to get your laundry. They don’t deliver up to their closing time and close pretty promptly, which is fine but makes it difficult for me. I now send my laundry to a much cheaper place a few streets away.

I’ve been a customer for a few yrs. They destroyed(returned with 2 holes the size of quarters and ruined fabric) an expensive blouse and have not responded in ANY way to ameliorate the situation. After going in twice and being told they«will call», they have done nothing. I gave them laundry once and found it returned stiff and itchy

Customer service is great. It’s a shame that cleaning quality is suboptimal.

I’ve been looking for a go-to cleaner in the area and I decided to try out See’s. I dropped my sheets and towels off in the morning and picked them up after work. 10 lbs for $ 10. Not bad. The staff was really friendly too! That being said, my towels felt like they had been left in the dryer for too long without a fabric softener. They felt like they had been starched or something. Really disappointing. I might give them another try, but there are like 20 cleaners in a 6 block radius…
