Shawn is simply a great barber — the best I have been to in my 30+ years in Manhattan. He is meticulous, attentive and takes much pride in his work. The end result is always terrific, and I always feel better when I get up from his chair. He is also very personable and a delight to be with. I recommend him highly (and so does my wife!) to anyone looking for a professional, consistently great haircut.

Absolutely the best barber I have ever been to. My hair just doesn’t look right when anyone else cuts it, but Shawn found a way. Originally recommended to me by my brother who swore by this guy, he has been cutting my hair for years since. Extremely detail-​oriented and takes his time with each cut. I’m not exaggerating. Shawn is a true artisan, and takes his time to cut and style hair with a fine touch, like the approach of a sculptor. My haircuts are always perfect, and my wife is always thrilled when I come home afterward.

I’ve been all over the east side and west side of Manhattan. Shawn is the best. He’s cut my hair, my kids hair, and the hair of celebrities. Humble and professional — I can’t recommend Shawn highly enough. A+ Master Barber.

I met Shawn at a local barbershop several months ago and haven’t changed barbers since. He is highly skilled in both new and old techniques, handles a straight razor like DaVinci handled a paintbrush, and works with you to make sure you will leave with exactly what you want. Often times I would accept it as fact that after a haircut it would be a week before I was satisfied with what the barber had done to my hair, this is not so with Shawn. I have not left unsatisfied once. Great barber and a nice guy!
