Sheina Spa

I’ve been a client for more than 3 years. I’ve tried most of their services: Lipomassage Permanent makeup, Microdermabrasion etc Wonderful experience… best rather should say excellent in all the areas. Stephanie, Sheina, José, Janett and Liza (the Staff) are very professionals and through the years they have made me feel not only like a special client but like a family member. Sometimes, after my treatments I just stay there to relax and enjoy Sheina’s healthy yet delicious soup and Step’s ginger tea love them! I also want to mention that they are equipped with the most advanced and modern machines. The prices are very competitive and you arraign payment plan that best suit you!

First, let me get the good covered. The spa was clean and the staff were friendly. I had a great facial and a decent massage.
Now, for the bad. First, they were 45 minute late for my appointment. I was called about 30 minutes before and told that they were running 10 – 15 minutes behind but it ended up being 45 — I was about to leave and they finally were ready. Second, ABSOLUTE lack of privacy!!! The treatment rooms are not private so all throughout my services there were people waliking through to get in and out of hte other rooms. No dressing rooms so once I was done with my massage I was not left to myself to get dressed and pulled together — I had to find my clothes and shoes that were still in the first treatment room and get dressed with an audience. I looked like a hot mess once I made my way to the reception area to pay since I had not had a minute to look at a mirror!
