Sherwin-Williams Paint Store

Thank you so much to Kristianna, the store’s associate manager, for helping me think through my paint selection and purchase. She was exceptional in helping me to determine the perfect colors for my one bedroom apartment, guiding me around the store and holding up color swatches for me to contemplate. Who knew that selecting the perfect gray for my cabinets could be so complicated?
Somehow she had the intuition and patience to eventually guide me to heron gray, the perfect, subtle, light silky gray that would seamlessly blend into and accentuate my minty walls. She had the gift of interpreting such helpful phrases as, «too dark, too light, too yellow, too gray.»
She also helped me with picking essential tools and supplies, and I haven’t had to go back for anything yet. At checkout, she was really conscientious of my budget and applied tons of different coupon codes to lower my overall costs.
Days later and my apartment is almost finished, and while my back is sore the colors are gorgeous, and I don’t have that much leftover paint. I’m also glad that Kristianna encouraged me to go with the satin finish instead of the basic coverage; in my opinion the luxurious sheen is worth the extra pennies.

Their 30% sale combined one day BBQ and free kid painting for business neighbors lured my visit. Further to my interest, eventually, I do need paint and primer for my home but I personally have no motivation, no energy, no effort, and no encouragement to do the physical work of painting. Staff are very welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable, and patient to first time painter (s). Aisles are organize with paint chips and Pantone color swatches. Sherwin-​Williams carry a wild selection of colors and Pantone colors. Martha Stewart paint is sold here. Surprisingly upon entering this retail paint store it does not have the stench of paint as I never like the smell.

Incredible service from Ozzie. He totally went the extra mile when we desperately needed paint at the last minute during a renovation. He was completely professional, considerate, competent and reliable. I have never experienced such excellent customer care from a hardware store. Very impressed.
