My fiancé bought me my amazing ring from Shiree Odiz and it is unbelievable. Better than anything I could have ever imagined, super unique, and the service is amazing.
After my fiancé ordered it it took only a few days to be made and be received in the US.
After a few days with the ring I started noticing spots so I contacted Shiree Odiz myself via email and they responded literally within 3 minutes. They had me send the ring back to them to inspect it and this was the worst part – it took over 2 weeks for Israeli customs to release the ring. But once it was released, Simon contacted me, inspected it and determined there was a manufacturing defect so they made me an entirely new ring – with my diamonds – at no charge! It took about a week and then they overnighted it to me. All in all it took about 5 weeks which is a long time – but three weeks of it was simply because of Israeli customs. Everything within the company’s control they were absolutely wonderful with and they were amazing. Highly Highly recommend! I can’t wait to get my wedding band from them!
