Walking down 2nd Avenue, I stumbled upon this hidden gem of a shoe store. In the window I saw a great pair of oxfords that caught my eye so I entered the shop where I spotted an even better pair of oxfords. The size of the shop was just right… not too overwhelming but with plenty of selection. I could have found ten pairs of shoes in there, but just needed one. The man minding the store was efficient and helpful and had all of the items in stock. Prices are quite reasonable and the product is quality. I got a pair of brown Ros Hommerson Zip-Up Sneaker/Loafer/Oxford type shoes«Nadia» and they are the best! I have been wearing them for a few months and have just returned to get two more pairs… a back-up of brown just in case anything happens to the pair I already love and a pair in black. So happy I found this little shop. Highly recommend. Thanks Shoe Fair!

One of the better stores in the city for getting footwear that doesn’t break the bank. I have fairly sensitive feet and on my left foot I have a metatarsal joint condition that is basically like the opposite of a bunion. It can be difficult to find shoes that don’t put me in eye-watering pain but this store is great. It carries all of the more comfortable shoes, i.e. Merrill, Crocs, Dr. Scholls which are literally life savers for me. I also appreciate that they carry the more stylish versions of these brands so that I don’t look silly or out of place at fancy gala events or upscale midtown restaurants. The store I used to go to left me with little selection that wasn’t square toed or overly«orthopedic» looking. Knowledgeable staff that go above and beyond.
