I was very excited when the Skagen store opened in NYC. It is a beautiful store and their products have great quality.
I love the design of their watches and have purchased few over the years.
I was in love with the Svale design as soon as I saw it. I purchased a ring as a gift and unfortunately the color faded away in no time which was a major disappointment.
However, when I presented the issue to their manager they refunded me immediately and were very concerned about the issue.
Because I love all the pieces I purchased from them and they have great quality I dismiss the one disappointment and will give them 5 stars because they were ultra professional and cared about my satisfaction as a customer above all. They get it that it is all about customer satisfaction.
Will soon visit the store again to see their new collection.

We had such a positive experience at Skagen at Times Square that we (as business owners) ended up buying products for all of our office staff for the holiday season.
We’ve always been fans of minimalist Danish design but the tipping point behind our purchase was the pleasant and friendly staff at this store.
The atmosphere was very enjoyable and we spent quite a bit of time there. They also provided me with useful information about how I can get my old Skagen watch fixed and how it’s still covered under their lifetime warranty.
