I started back 1965 at age of 17. I went into Army in 1969 and finish my training 1970 then I became Instructor under Chang Do Kwon system under GM Choi

Simply put. Authentic Korean Karate. No frills. The signs on the wall say Speed, Power, Balance, Focus. The Grandmaster has retired but his dedicated students continue the tradition of basics, sparring, kata and technique work. The sessions are a little over an hour or longer depending on the amount of students. It’s a rough class from the moment the instructor claps his hands to begin it.
