Sonia Hair Extensions

I wish I would have read the reviews before I attempted to buy the hair. Its expensive and stays stat icky and tangled no matter what you do. Yes I agree, the customer service was THE WORST! The guy at the front is somewhat friendly but the owner (blonde hair lady) was the worse she made the experience miserable. I wouldn’t purchase from here again.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The owner is incredibly rude and unprofessional. It seems that she thinks it’s a favor she’s doing to the customers that are spending their hard-​earned money there. I won’t ever go back and I do NOT recommend it at all. I’d rather go bald than getting hair from this place ever again.

the hair is somewhat cheap, & you get what you pay for, the hair doesn’t last no more than 4wks, it’s starts shedding as you combing your hair. deff not worth the effort nor the money, i take my business elsewhere

My hair dresser asked me to please purchase some hair for her since i live near here and so i did. I put the purchased on my credit card Warning (DON’T DO IT) they charge $ 7 dollars more if you use your credit card and the person that runs the card tells me that my card didn’t go through,
I asked him did you run it correctly because i do have funds, in my opinion he really didn’t seem to know what he was doing. Very nice guy but was clueless, he then calls the owner to come out and explains about my credit card. She was extremely rude and proceeded to tell me that i wasn’t charged. I pay them in cash and leave. Come to find out later i was charged twice! i contacted them but the owner Sonia was extremely rude and not willing to help after i paid them cash. I had to contact my bank and have the charges removed. Never again.
