Spring Tui Na Center

I hesitated to write this, because I’ve been to this place several times, and until the last visit, it was quite good. You get a reasonable amount of privacy compared to some Tui Na places, and some of their massage therapists are excellent.
But not the last person who worked on me. She seemed to have no knowledge of technique or anatomy, and apparently had never experienced a massage herself. She kept pressing on my spine and on my neck (!) and at some point did this jerky press-​and-​release move that caused a really painful spasm in my back. I won’t describe all of the ridiculous things she did to me – let me just say that I’ve had more than a dozen Tui Na massages, and I can tell when someone has no idea how to do one. I could not wait for this one to be over, and I was more tense when I got off that table than before. I also could barely move at first because she screwed my back up so much.
Now, I realize that when you pay $ 38 for a massage, you cannot be too critical. Some of them are just bound to not be great. But no place that hires someone this incompetent deserves more than the rating I am giving this one.

Great Place. I haven’t been here in 3 years but when I was last there it was my favorite place.
