i went to wabar last week on weekdays and we were talking to find a karaōke spot to go to after and their staff told us that if we bring the receipts of wabar to a place called stage ¾ which is located a cross the street, we would get 30 percents off. We decided to go there and their rooms were fancy and clean and had really pretty lights and atmosphere. Their staffs were really friendly as well and cocktails were delicious yet strong. It is a definitely our new go-to spot for karaōke from now on. Will be visiting again on the weekends soon!

Came here during the 50% off karaōke special and had a very good experience! Only complaint I have is that they don’t have all the newest English songs, which is a downfall for the younger Americanized crowd, but overall it’s good! UPDATE: Owner messaged me saying that they will have their English songs updated! Woo~

Made a reservation for my birthday, we showed up on time(an hour after they claim they are open) and it was locked and no one answered the phone. Maybe they are closed for good, maybe they just don’t feel like running their business. Won’t try again.

Dear Unilocal community, I honestly don’t get the hype. Our experience here was not great. First, the staff member manning the front desk was unhelpful most of the evening. The first issue we encountered was a weird setting on the machine in our room that caused each song to stop working somewhere around the bridge because we were apparently singing too poorly(seriously, that was the setting). It took about 10 minutes for us to realize that this issue was a reoccurring one and another 15 or so minutes to fix, but we had to argue in order to get that time taken off of the bill(in the end we only got 20 minutes). Also, our room was absolutely boiling the entire night. We asked if there was anything that could be done about this a few times but were just repeatedly told that nothing could be done and it was so hot because the room was so small. I understand that nothing could be done, but it was honestly REALLY uncomfortable in the room and the attitude of the staff member was just really unhelpful. I will say that we received a free carafe of lychee soju(our drink of choice all evening), which was nice of him. We drank it all and had massive hangovers the next day, but that’s obviously on us. What’s worse: the song selection was pretty bad and the organization was terrible. SO many classic songs were missing. They didn’t have any Carly Simon songs, except one, which was only found randomly because it was listed under Simon Carly. Nothing listed under Queen, but we did find one song under this random section in the back that was categorized by song title rather than the artist. Some songs were listed both ways, while others could be found in only one section. I could find almost no Disney songs. Weird and incomplete selection of Elton John and Billy Joel songs– they had some little-known ones but not many popular ones. There were almost no very recent songs available. The prices were not great. $ 10 an hour per person was more expensive that other places. Beers were pricey at $ 6 – 7 dollars per bottle. The positives: we did love that lychee soju, which sneaks the heck up in you. The sound was pretty good. And we somewhat enjoyed the background videos, which inexplicably included a lot of ski scenes. We did manage to have fun here, because it’s karaōke. But unfortunately, I’d have to say these were not enough to overcome all of the issues we experienced throughout the evening.

Love this place! Great service! Was able to get a room on a busy Saturday and the hosts were really nice and accommodating. Had the Angry Shrek and its delicious! My friend had the peach blossom and it was a bit too sweet for me.

Its pretty cool here. My friends and I come here all the time. They always have the most recent English and Kpop songs. The staff is always really nice and attentive and its really clean. I’ve been to almost all karaōke spots in the city and I prefer here the most. I love how you can type in the song you want(english or korean) It wastes less time, who wants to look through a book and find numbers for a song all the time –_– I mean… you can do that if you want anyway. theres other good things about here but I’m too lazy to write more, just check it out for yourself.

Best bartenders and great service! Rooms are enormous, and you can enjoy singing and drinking both at the lounge or in the room. I will pick this place if I want to go to Karaōke in K town!

Dirty and the song selections were not that great. The«new» songs they listed were from like five years ago. Cheap, but I would not come back. Also, the music videos they used were just oddly paired K-dramas. And the karaōke soundtracks were done in this corny quality of which I was not fond.

It looks odd from the outside as you have to climb up or take an old elevator up to the 3rd or 4th floor. The lounge area does not have karaōke so you have to rent a room. It’s $ 40 for up to 4 people and any additional person after that is $ 10 an hour. There is a button that you press to get assistance as needed. The staff was friendly but at times forgetful. The selection of songs was pretty good but the rooms are insanely small. You really cannot move around. Also, the night we went, the air conditioner was broken in the room. They set us up with a small fan but it was definitely NOT enough. I was sweating and my friends were even worse. Yet, I sat right underneath a vent that was leaking on me. Ugh. The staff will inform you for each hour you take, which is appreciated. The bill does rack up quickly though so remember that. It was a fun night though.

Probably the best karaōke spot in k town. Their décor is dark and chic. Staff is friendly and attentive to both Korean and non-korean customers. They have a full bar which is great. Clean spacious private karaōke rooms as well as a wide selection of music from all countries. The price is not overwhelming like some places and the people who come to stage aren’t the typical trashy drunk hot messes of k town. Great place to be in ktown.

Stage 3&4 is a very cosy and romantic place where you can definitely enjoy yourself! The staff was very nice. Especially, the head-manager was generous, gave us great service! Love it! I will definitely be back for sure.

Get to the Chase: Pros: 1) Nothing fancy, basic and simple which is excellent because it gets the job done — getting your sing on with a plenty volume of drinks 2) Not exorbitant($ 77/person for 2 – 3 hours with plenty drinks and food for 21 people) 3) Managed to book a room last minute on a Friday night for 21 people(don’t know if it’s because it is new and empty, or because it’s just that damn good at being flexible) 4) Surprised to see Spanish-speaking people running the establishment instead of Koreans in a Ktown karaōke 5) No manuals for the K-system, but if you can work an iPhone you should be able to figure it out… 6) We were not kicked out for our terrible voices, and I know I deafened a few young souls Cons: 1) Wasn’t high-tech or fancy, and the furniture/décor looked kind of cheap 2) Small place, but what do you expect in Ktown 3) On a Friday night, it seemed surprising that they did not have certain drinks at 10:00 pm 4) Strange we couldn’t find any Jay Chou, Kpop or Jpop songs… to be fair the book was the size of a Britannica encyclopedia

Had a really weird experience here. Tons of interruptions from staff and they made us change rooms 3 times. One of the rooms had a Korean machine we had no idea how to use.

Music selection is outdated. Definitely no Top 40’s from the last two years or so. But the classics are all there. There’s no way to digitally search for songs/artists; you have to flip through the massive binder and input numbers manually. They have several rooms of different sizes, so it’s easy to accommodate your event here.

I have to say, it was quite a strange experience. They have several floors and as our group was small(only 3 people), they had us go from one floor to the other to get a room. It was a little like Alice in Wonderland or Enter the Void, as we had no idea who to talk to or where to go. We were also not sober, so that might have had something to do with it. Once we got a room, there was something wrong with the remote and they took a while to fix it, but it was nice that they did fix it. It’s very much a Korean karaōke place, so expect very little English — with the staff, the songs, the remote, everything. That being said, they were very attentive compared to other places I’ve gone in the past. We still had a lot of fun, however their song selection is a little limited, they didn’t even have Nicki Minaj!

Stage… we searched this place on Unilocal after our dinner and thought it would be an awesome place to go and surely enough it was. It was pretty early, around 8−9pm, so we were the only ones there. We ended up on the third floor with a door covered by an orange poster that was ripped but obv saying that this place had been accused of selling alcohol illegally. It made me feel shady, but I couldn’t help but enter. Either way, we entered and one of the employees explained the third floor had all private rooms and the fourth floor was the actual bar and lounge. We headed to the fourth floor, door plastered with the same hideous orange sign. Don’t let the sign ward you away! The fourth floor was awesome– the lounge was super pretty with purple and pink lights, dimmed to absolute perfection! We sat down and ordered their peach blossom cocktails with fresh lychee, very delicious but not enough alcohol content. Definitely stick to your shots. Everything here is evenly priced, if not cheaper than most bars in the city– $ 7 beers, $ 6 shots, $ 14 cocktails. Also, let’s make it better– it is a karaōke bar right?! So there’s open karaōke on the fourth floor where you can have duets with other(drunk) people at the lounge. Awesome way to end the night for sure. The staff here is so friendly too! Little bowl of peanuts and other nuts to start us off. Always checking in on us and making sure we are enjoying our time here. So basically, stick to your Unilocal reviews and ignore how shady it can seem! On the plus side, there’s also a Unilocal deal available for stage… So I would definitely take advantage of that. I’m not sure how much rooms cost per hour but all in all, the fourth floor lounge and bar might be your place!

I came here with five other people. This place is hidden away on the third floor, as many people may get lost trying find this place. Anyway, we sang about four hours, had the same number of soju bottles. The room was decently small, though there was enough room to dance Gangnam Style. There was a big TV screen in the front and smaller one in the back. Service: The staff were accommodating and brought us refreshment promptly. Also they didn’t blink when we wanted to split the check among multiple credit cards(though I believe there is a $ 15 minimum). The guy also gave us free pens because we thought they were cool(+1 star) Song selection: You had pretty updated songs but I would say it’s a hit or miss. Definitely come with someone who knows Korean, as the remote is all in Korean. The background MV for the lyrics are all clips for Korean dramas, so a lot of them didn’t quite match the songs we were singing, but I’m being picky here.
