Being an absentee owner of an investment condo in NYC and trying to find a quality construction company was strenuous to say the least. In the end, the transparent approach that Star Cities employs is really what made my decision. Their team was careful, skilled, responsive, respectful, and courteous. Their attention to customer satisfaction was refreshing and the quality of their workmanship never left anything to be desired. They always took the time to answer my questions and consistently provided me with information and advice before, during, and after project work. All said, Star Cities made the whole experience pleasant and stress-free.

I found Star Cities very professional and efficient. They did refurbishment and renovation work at my apartment. The entire focus is on finding solutions rather than passing the buck or delaying the job, if any issues come up during the course of the job. Also, the response time of the principal, of Star cities, Hans Ingram is extremely quick! Many times replying almost immediately late into the night and on weekends, and the approach is pragmatic; and the quality of job is good, while the pricing is competitive. He also approached the assignment holistically, doing many tidbits and extras, so that the final product is good without knit picking on small extra charges. Overall a good experience and would recommend him and his firm for contracting jobs, as also as a real estate agent.

We recently completed a semi-large scale renovation and had a very good experience throughout with Star Cities. Our project had a long list of specific needs, including intricate tile work and extensive plumbing, which their team was able to address with great attention to detail. The entire team is very professional, thorough and responsive.
In particular, our project manager Hans was very responsive and truly seemed to care about our project being completed in a timely fashion without ever sacrificing time for quality.
If doing a residential renovation project, I couldn’t recommend a better contractor than Star Cities Design Corp.
