No lids no large straws no simple syrup no bathrooms. This isn’t a Starbucks apparently it’s a set for a TV show just a façade don’t come inside there’s nothing!

I’m sorry for wasting your time. I’m waiting at least 3 – 5 mins and you past me how many times. And when ask for a Venti Blonde pour over you roll your eyes. Some customer service. BS! And now you tell me you have no Blonde! Bullshit! Now I’m back again and still the same crap. No long straws. No peach green tea lemonade. No very berry hibiscus. And the counters are dirty. Change the garbage!!!

As far as Starbucks go, the one adjacent to the ferry is clean, the staff is polite and efficient, and at the end of the day, they make a fine product too.

It’s a Starbucks in NYC. What do you want me to say? They have coffee and other coffee related things… My only gripe is that the few times I’ve been here they really don’t do a great job of calling out the names of who the drinks are for. So either listen in really hard, pay attention to your cup making its way down the line, or be prepared to sort through 7 cups lined up all with misspelled names. Stefan with an ‘F’? Okay ‘FStephan’… Seriously?

This is the worst Starbucks I have went to! I ordered a caramel frap with whipped cream and they went on and made it. Then when they called my name they said that they ran out of whipped cream and caramel. The thing is they didn’t tell me that they ran out of whipped cream and caramel and they gave me an attitude when I questioned them. If they takeaway told me I could have gone to one of the other million Starbucks in Manhattan. And when they gave me the dull caramel frap without caramel or whipped cream it was soaked in milk. I barley tasted the coffee. Just a bad milk taste in my mouth. Also they close the bathrooms after they clean it. It is a NYS law that if a restaurant has seats, they have to have a bathroom. When people drink coffee they have to go potty. I will never come back to this Starbucks again.

Starbucks is the only thing keeping me alive right now. I don’t understand why is it so hard for Starbucks to put less ice in my drinks… like is the drinks coming out of your paychecks or something??? good lattes and bread… café area seems a little disorganization… However… just disgusted with dirty counters and tables… that look like haven’t been cleaned properly in weeks… No soap in the dispenser talk about proper hygiene…

Why only a two star review? The music played for the customer enjoyment is just TOOLOUD on most days to the point of being distressing. Seriously the volume should be lowered. The city is noisy enough and one should expect a little quiet place to enjoy these overpriced beverages and not have to carry on a conversation with family or companions by shouting. Starbucks at State and Pearl Streets.

The one star is for the good coffee but the messed up thing is they gave us a fake $ 20 bill and they don’t want to deal with us. The only thing that they can do is give us numbers to call. We spent around $ 160 buying drinks and food but it is what it is.

Do not bother coming into this Starbucks. Service sucks here. You will get rolling eyes by a barista guy named Jeffry for ordering extra bagel, despite the fact that you came freezing from outside on the coldest day of NYC. Never had rolling eyes from barista in any of the Starbucks around the world!!!

During my trip to New York to visit my sister and do some site seeing, we stopped in Starbucks to get something to eat and drink, and charge our phones. Even back home in Atlanta I’m used to going into different Starbucks locations and being in long lines, but this location had one of the longest lines I’ve ever seen, let alone the smallest staff. With it being on the way to seeing the Statue of Liberty and with vendors along the streets, I can see it getting very touristy and very crowded in there. When I was there, I only saw two employees(maybe 3, who knows?), but the service I received wasn’t bad, even though one of the baristas there seemed more interested in talking to her coworkers versus getting the line down. There’s also limited seating, and if you stop in to use the bathroom or drink too much, you’ll be out of luck as there aren’t any public restrooms.

This is a review for the Starbucks in One Liberty Plaza. LOVE these guys, especially Abraham and Ethan. Typical office starbucks where they are incredibly efficient and know the customers by name. So much better than normal starbucks around the city!

Pathetic service. 15 mins to get two coffees. As a result missed boat. I usually don’t mind Starbucks, avoid this one.

One advice: avoid this damn place at all costs. If you are in the area, your money will be well spent at a local NYC coffee shop. To start off, I came here with my party for coffees and drinks and my experience turns out to be one of the worse Starbucks experience I have ever had!!! At the time of placing our order, I asked for a cup of water and was informed the location does not give out water. I then asked for a cup of ice and was informed they can’t give ice as well. When I asked why, the cashier gave me some lame excuses that the orders to not give out water and ice came directly from their regional manger. Really?!! I have never been to a Starbucks where a cup of water/ice was not given to a customer after a purchase was made. The money we spent at Starbucks couldn’t have been spent supporting a local coffee shop, a lesson learned! On top of all this, this location does not have a public restroom. We were given the excuse that the bathroom«appears» to be broken.

Only a slightly better experience today for this location. Shop was mostly empty I was first in line, but I still had to wait for the barista to finish her conversation with another employee before she took my order. She continued her conversation while completing my sale. Very frustrating when all I wanted was a venti pike.

I love my chai tea lattes and passionfruit iced tea. The staff here is friendly but the place does get overwhelmed by tourists coming off the tour buses at battery park.

There is Limited seating here. It’s a typical city, small Starbucks. Generally used for getting a coffee on the way to work and walking out with it or tourists on the way to the Indian Museum or the Statue of Liberty. They are slower than oat of the Starbucks and if you’re in a hurry, it can be frustrating. The coffee is good, however.

Everyone who is a tourist and getting off the State Cruise tours come here. The line to the right is for the bathroom, and the line to the left are for drinks. There is some seating, and you can definitely charge your phone or other electronics in the back. Remember when Starbucks used to spell your name(correctly or incorrectly) on the cup? well, this one didn’t. luckily I didn’t order anything too generic.

I agree with Jacqueline K that this Starbucks moves a little slower than other more snappy ones in FIDI. That being said they did not screw up my order and I grabbed my coffee and ran on to my next stop in a hectic morning. Bathroom line seemed long as well. Do if you’re in a hurry don’t go here. I’m not here that often but it’s an adequate Starbucks.

This Starbucks sits in the Battery Park vincity. After attending a nearby open-mic poetry reading at Battery Park by the flag pole of Battery Park Gardens Restaurant, I was famished as my last meal was at 1pm. This Starbucks opens late as I patronized it at 8pm. Holding on to a Starbucks gift card with a balance of $ 1.79, I finally utilized it at this location for a tall cup of hot chocolate. Service is in typical long wait, rudeness Starbucks’ reputation.
