Probably the worst subway I’ve ever been to. I normally grab breakfast or lunch from the subway across from my work but today I took a different route. First off, when I walked in, I stood there for 5min without even being acknowledged(I was the only person in there). When the guy finally turned around to take my order he acted pissed that he had to make my sandwich. They were out of some stuff and I noticed that the veggies did not look fresh. When I asked for topping the guys barely put anything on there. I asked for spinach and the dude gave me 3 leaves and rolled his eyes when I asked for more. Two people came in behind me and the guy made their subs from start to finish before even checking me out. It took awhile. My sub was cold by the time I got to eat it. The worst thing was a female employee that came in while I was paying… The male employee who I had initially been dealing with started yelling at her and treating her very poorly. She was cleaning and he was yelling that she was doing it wrong and she was slow. It was extremely uncomfortable. The way he spoke to her was very degrading. I feel sorry for the lady. I will never come back to this subway location. I hope the lady tells that guy to shove it and finds a job where people treat her better.

I’ve been to this location twice and felt ripped off both times. They’re extremely skimpy and sloppy on their toppings. Everyone in line had to ask for«more please.» I always get the same thing — italian bmt(ham, salami, pepperoni) and sub turkey for the ham. The guy called it a turkey italian but didnt put the pepperoni on. When I asked for them to add it they said it was 5 dollars extra? I bit my tongue and just kept the turkey and salami. When I went to pay, originally the screen said 6.50 for the footlong.whatever. He stuffed the receipt in my bag and when I checked it, they charged me 9.80 for a below average sub. 2.50 extra for an add-on? Lettuce is never fresh and the people that work here make up add-on prices and portray no level of proper customer service. I would give this place zero stars if it was an option. Don’t waste your time. Go to a good NY deli or any other subway in the city.

Don’t ever go to this subway location! Vendors are totally unprofessional and will put add-ons and extras without even asking you and you will pay twice the price you were expected!

I came in here a bit before noon today to pick up lunch on the way to an office. There was no line to speak of. I ordered the $ 6 footlong Smokehouse barbecue sandwich on Italian. I am not sure if the bread was toasted but it had that sort of crunchy texture of day old bread but still soft enough to bite enough into. I asked for provolone cheese when prompted. When my meat and bread was heated up, I asked for pickles, banana peppers, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, jalapenos and barbecue sauce. I was asked if I wanted the combo and I declined.

First off, its a Subway and this isn’t top quality food. And I come here regardless because its the only one thats near my work place. But it really irks me when certain Subways are super grimey/stingey with their toppings. I mean its just lettuce??? Also they don’t carry spinach. Whats up with that???

I’ve been eating at this Subway almost daily(at least 3 times a week) for the last 5 months, since I work a couple of buildings over. The service quality has been dropping steadily in that time, until I finally had to write something. Went in today as usual. Ordered the Featured $ 5 Footlong, as usual. Got the same exact sandwich I got last Friday. Was charged $ 5.50 for it. Wait, whaaa? I’m a reasonable guy, and I’ve put my time in in the fast food trenches, so I know these guys have a shitty job and last thing they need is an customer making problems at lunch, so I waited for a lull and very politely told the cashier that he rang me up wrong. He told me(in horrible, barely understandable English, which is not usually an issue, except he was running the register and managing. This is a bad place to have poor communication abilities) that the owner had changed the price and it was changed on the menu-board. I tried to explain to him that there was a special going. It was a promotion, with a promotional price, and they had signs up everywhere advertising it. He again, told me that the owner had changed it. Then he told me it was not his problem and he didn’t care because the owner told him to change the price. This is what they get a 1-star review for. I don’t care about 50 cents. I’ve worked in fast food when I was younger, and understand mistakes happen. What I do NOT excuse is a manager saying something isn’t his problem and refusing to acknowledge that an issue exists. I also have a major issue with a franchise licensee who arbitrarily changes the contents of nationwide promotions. That’s not ok, and a violation of the franchise agreement. So, after about 100 subs purchased from this location, I’m looking for a new lunch spot. Anyone have any suggestions?

I came here for the $ 5 Any Footlongs and ordered the Subway Club on Honey Oat. It was made as usual, 4 pieces turkey, 2 pieces ham, and 2 pieces of roast beef, topped with choice of cheese, provolone being my preference. Then thrown in the oven to be toasted. I like to order my sandwiches with everything except pickles, along with oil & vinegar and oregano. Business operations were run as normal, but the sandwich just seemed to be off. The bread was fresh but not the extremely, this morning fresh, that I’m usually accustomed to. All the vegetables were fresh as well, but they just didn’t pop with that refreshing juicy crispness. It didn’t really seem to jive all well together, versus my usual expectations. With so many Subway locations at every other block, I’d venture elsewhere for my Subway fix.

This subway gets 4 stars for their service! I come here for lunch about once or twice a week and they always greet me with a smile(unlike another local subway I have stopped going to because of rude employees). The seating area is small, but I have never seen it filled. I guess most people grab and go like I do. The quality of food is the same as any other Subway and they always have my favorite chips in stock(baked bbq!) Also, they never give me a hard time when I redeem my free sandwich. All in all, they’ve got great service.

The reason people come here is it’s cheap! $ 5 footlong subs Yep! cheap but not appetizing. Went there with my co-worker and we split a $ 5 foot long sub… what’s nice is that they could do one half her way and one half of the sub another way. In the end, the turkey sub was not satisfying. I rather go to a «real» New York deli to get sandwiches.

Another favorite lunch spot of mine. Can’t beat the $ 5 footlong deal. I’ve managed to visit this location just before the lunch crowd hits and was happy to get in and out within minutes. Though there are tables, it’s a pretty small space so I wouldn’t recommend eating here except if necessary. Besides that, it’s your typical Subway sandwich shop.
