Not a bad store, just very expensive. Nice location though. Not sure why people have them the bad reviews.

Initially upon purchasing my jewelry set and tennis bracelt I was thrilled. Then, the stone of the necklace began to dull and a crystal fell out of the tennis bracelet. Naturally, I brought it back to the store to see if it would be polished have the stone replaced. They told me the two items were under warrenty and that I can send them back to Swarovski, as long as it was in a Swarovski box, and have both stones replaced. Excellent! Well, it has been two months now and I am without both peices of jewelry. I keep getting the run around from the sale associate claiming that there was an ‘issue’ with the jewelry, however, I have yet to be informed as to what the issue is. I have been given no notice as to whether the items can be repaird or not. I find this odd as both pieces are still available for sale. They make a great product, however, if you have to have anything replaced or repaired, you are better off just buying a new item than wasting your time waiting for it. I had planned to wear these items for the holidays that just passed and I will not hold my breath on wearing them for New Years. Completely disappointed.
