I walked into this store yesterday and it looked a little chaotic. I knew better than to go in on a Saturday afternoon, but my «new» old phone was acting up. Jean, who I think is the GM was really nice and helped me right away. He was able to change my plan I’ve had since forever and get me on a new one, for a lot less. Oh, and I was able to get a student discount! Yes!!!
Even though they tried to sell me a real new phone, I said no. Since there aren’t any more contracts, there goes you getting a phone for a kind of reasonable price. They do have payment options though. I guess with the money I save I’ll hit up their website for a refurbished one.
Happy this place is near school in case I have more issues.

I can’t even articulate my frustration towards the staff at this store. To blatantly pretend you don’t see a customer, is disrespectful. You would think people would appreciate having a job in this economy and would actually do what they’re suppose to.
I’m tempted to pull the race card.
I’d never come here again.
